Please change the game from Chronos to something else as the raw provider games are not working and still have the same error. I'm trying to play your freeroll battle on flames of something. And you cant even do any spins. So if you plan on re launching the battle event. You will have to change games else it will just be big bass splash that works and the other wont. trying to prevent more headaches that's all

Yous need to find a new loyalty/promotion scheme.

Battles are always issues. Unfair for those players that don't even play the battles yet can't access normal site.

I used to love them, gave up toward the end of last year as the only thing guaranteed was the site crashing.

If customers are depositing and earning 1000xp+ a month, they've shown loyalty to the site. Reward another way.

Matched deposit bonuses? 200%+ free spins on next deposit.... Just like any other casino.

Very apparent now that the site isn't capable of handling the traffic when the battles are ongoing.

Embarrassing to attempt to blame this on a DDOS attack which conveniently 9/10 take place on battle days...

Check your emails for a freeroll battle ticket.

They usually say they run out within the week if not claimed but I don't think they have an expiry unless claimed lol. I've used some forgotten ones months after they apparently expired.
