Yes the wheels being watered down 50% was a step too far IMO, it might look like it saved loads for them on paper but I feel they didn’t factor in or allow for the fact every player that gets one had to wager 50k for it, which for low and even mid rollers can take months.

im sure @Mr Wild will avoid commenting on this one, which is fair enough as he’s always been very active and open on here on other stuff for us, but just very disappointed. I’m sure there was a better cut to use instead given the true value of the wheel compared to wager requirement Eg 0.1% cash back equivalent. (For gold)

The facts are that currently we are giving out more rewards than before. But the ones that had old weekend booster did get less and the ones that didnt have old weekend booster is getting more. Before only a small percentage had old weekend booster and now all players except Sweden have it. To put it in numbers our cost for rewards was 25% higher in January than any other month during 2022.

The wheels will still change within a few weeks. But the above is still how it is.

Anyone having the "connection slow" in starburst?
It have been like this for weeks now but it's only for that slot, and also only happens in the computer, on the phone it was working fine.

In Vegas the size of the bet affects the probability of getting a wheel.
I'm a small stake player and it's almost impossible to get any wheel from Vegas.
10k points so far wagered with small stakes and one basic wheel archieved.
So if you make the same change to VS there should be bigger prizes because wheels are purely aimed at those who play with a bigger bet
 
RIP Starburst.. Im just glad they can't run 2 slots from same provider.. 2 RAW games would push me over the edge i reckon

Didn't you say, you are making changes to reward depositing players more? The red wheel and the gold wheel are more likely rewarded to the real money players, I don't see how it benefits us when you drop them?

Players tend to deposit more when they are close to getting the red wheel or the xp level wheel, I really don't see the logic in the change.

I checked Mr. Vegas wheel system, there is no red wheel, no xp level wheel, only one wheel that focuses on the jackpot, and all the last 20 winners are from Sweden. I really don't see how the players outside Sweden will get more from the change?

I don't think it is a smart move. That is my opinion anyway. Time will tell if it is a good decision or not, but my guess is my deposit will be reduced a lot when there is no red wheel and gold wheel I am looking forward to getting.

Players with old weekends booster system are the one really loyal to you,-all those years, reduced rtp, unstable server for months but we we are loyal to you no matter what, and there was 25% increase on the reward, but we, loyal customers didn't taste any of them and we are going to get way less after you change the wheel system.
 
I must say that so far the changes are not making me want to play here more, if anything its less.

XP levels: nerfed,
battles: nerfed
wheel rewards: nerfed
weekend booster: same as it always was for me
clash: pointless for UK players without auto and turbo.
achievements also to be nerfed? what is the point of them then?

Things that did make me play more: 96% RTPs, higher XP requirements, better battle rewards.

That means that the level 21 wheel will get removed as well, or as you said before, there won't be any changes to that wheel?

I myself got the impression that those who have received a booster through the old system are now being punished somehow.
Less rewards for us in the future because we once received something extra compared to others.

Those who have been under the old booster are really old customers and it has been the casino's own decision to divide the players into different systems. I've never been able to decide whether I belong to the new or old system and now I'm told that since I've been part of a better system I will get less in the future than other players.

You would think that the casino values loyal players. It seems that VS makes an exception to this.

When the casino destroyed the battle promotions and daily freerolls almost completely the reason was said to be abusers.
if they are the reason why on earth are loyal customers suffering the most from this situation?

And where is the amount of money transferred out of the battle in reality? I haven't seen any comments in this thread where the player says he/she has received something extra compared to the situation before the change. Just comments like how the wheels are also just cut.

Loyalty budget does not decrease so we were told. Based on the players feedback it's hard to believe
