You will need to contact support to raise a ticket. Sometimes if a provider have DDOS attack or too much traffic. The calls between us and them are slow and wins can add a bit later or need to be added manual.

@Team.Videoslots @Mr Wild I think there could be a bug in the schedule battles but I'm not sure yet.
Earlier today in the Cluster Tumble battle I noticed that the game ended 1 spin earlier, now the same thing happened in Muertos Multiplier.

I wasn't paying much attention since I didn't expect anything like this to happen neither it's a big deal, although sometimes can change the course of the battle.

I'll keep an eye on it in the next battles and if it happens again I'll let you know.

If you look at the top left corner I still have 0.10€ balance.

Freespin rewards for the game will play on all 4 play-lines / directions, and when playing the battle you will have to enable all 4 directions / play lines with minimum bet size selected, kinda similar to games like Book of Dead, where you can also adjust number of play lines.

Good question, to avoid the risk of that happening the safest and most humane thing to do would be to swap it for Wild turkey or Creature from the black lagoon.

On another note, i noticed that they dont use the Christmas version of big bass bonanza.
Not that i really care if the fish look like santa or not, just thought it would fit the whole christmas calendar theme.

Sounds like only 33% of the slot is working for you, you are missing out on both the lagoon and the creature.

Not sure if they have already been and fixed it but it worked for me when i tried it just now and i have not had any troubles in the past.
But there was obviously something wrong with it since they were able to reproduce the same error,
