Are you having issues with the game not paying out the correct win amounts?

The train's values differ from spin to spin, and the Pay Table shows what the different train values are, and the multiplier factor is then dependent on how far the train travels up the tiles.

yes an once I have won spins -where it looks like (after traversing whole screen - you would think $4; or at least 40 cents nope 4 cents and it’s consistent - appears to be off on some NOT ALL, but some

For example a 2.0 Train to me as it’s 10 cent spin means it’s a 20 cent train. and if it hits x3 that’s 60 cents - I got 6 cents, same amount a 0.2 train paid

I've tried out the game a bit just now, but did not encounter that the x2.0 trains from Bonus Rush rounds doesn't work correctly with pay-out rates.

I'll PM you here on CM to get some more info about round / rounds where this happened, as we'll have to report this to the provider to investigate it further.

I'm sorry you're still facing this issue. The matter is still being looked into, but the underlying issue is unfortunately a bit elusive, and we've not yet been able to implement a solution allowing you to play the 4th Monday battles slot again.

Had to try it with the money the slots more than earned it... Can't believe it did another good bonus! Thats my tip of the day, if you conjour up a high score in a battle... try it again with the cash for at least 1-200 spins.

I personally like to do it min stake as would be gutted to lose all this (when it was basically like winning a 1152/1 accumulator) probably even tougher!

Deposits aren’t working via Mastercard debit here, I fancied trying the new btg slot and the customer service are saying it’s on my end, but the deposits work elsewhere, same method. Anyone had issues? This is the response:

To note, my old address is on their system, so I’ve updated it. When I asked if this was potentially the issue the rep said “probably that” which doesn’t fill me with confidence lol

Personally I would not subject myself to this torture for the sake of a round 1 Jackpot Chase ticket. Saw these over the course of the battle weekend and the amount of time it took them to fill to the 100 players tells me I was not alone in my feelings towards this particular battle.

Ill play it while grinding XP or playing battles, will just have it ticking away in the background.

It's more the fact that at night it takes an age to fill. Think I've had it about 4 times where I've registered, gone and done something else and then missed the battle completely as it's only 10 minutes long.

Wheel has not been lowered in value, it has been made to trigger 5 easier/faster and the wins have been adjusted accordingly. So value is the same.

While we on the subject of wheels, why is the Gold 100/200 rather than 150/200 that makes more sense esp as it gives the lowest every time ( so far ) its a bit crap being 100 min when silver is 100 min and the fact that you stay on gold for another 400 Levels! I just feel like once your at silver there is no increase in reward for gold. Don't get me wrong I love the loyalty wheels but the gold one just seems well out of place, feels like it was lowered to that at some point.

Also as you seem someone higher in the ranks of VS I was wondering if you have any plans to introduce a birthday wheel that I suggested some time ago, I would suggest you make it that it only triggers on the birthday IF player was active in previous/ current month etc or IF they have met battle entitlement at the date of birthday, to stop freeloaders joining near birthday etc, but could be a nice wheel with a sizeable amount of free spins or cash not crappy tickets or like the xmas and halloween wheels lol ( no offence but they are pretty bad! ) Players love getting stuff on their birthdays so would be a great addition IMO :) Just ditch the jackpot chase games tickets to fund it if need be, no one likes them apart from the 0.00001% winners LOL

Regarding B-day wheel, its been in the pipeline quite some time. Currently there is no ETA for it. Most of work now is to launch our first app which is looking very nice.
