What do you think if we had a scheduled battle that instead of spins were bonus buys?
I mean, 100 spins often aren't that enjoyable, people just auto-spin and hope for a bonus, so why not have a different battle once a day during the week?

Right now the outlier is the battle that starts at 19:15, if I remember correctly it has been part of the scheduled battles for almost a year now.
What if that could be a special battle where the battle would be like 5 bonus buys purchases, the rewards would remain the same but at least we had one battle a day during the week that was a bit different.

It would be great that if after a battle ends, if a player haven't done any spin, they would get a registering penalty where they couldn't reg for any freeroll for the next 10 minutes

The bi-hourly freeroll battles always have a player limit of 2500, so the "60 Rounders Tickets - Freezeout" and "30 Rounders Tickets - Freezeout" variants of the freeroll battles will have the same player cap weather it's on a Friday or a Sunday.

Do you have an example of one of these battle that ran on Friday that have a different player cap? I suspect it's a different type of battle.

So speaking for myself limit in this tourney is not a bad thing at all. The probability of winning is already super low 3% when 2500 players. If 4000 players it's just 1,8%. More field more prizes no problem. But i guess we don't get more prizes.

So, regarding the emails.
I still receive the emails from withdrawals and when I win freespins on a Monday from the battle clash, however the newsletter with the upcoming events I haven't received since 16/08/2021.

The emails with any "rewards" like the 1 day freeroll, I just had received twice, once on 10/07/2021 which I never used the code, and the last one on 14/08/2021.

I double checked my notifications settings months ago and everything was enabled, today I double checked again and still everything enabled, so maybe your service isn't sending emails to the UK players or something is wrong with my account.

Yeah i thought they got rid of the free spins code email long ago as i said above. I never received it though as some people used to get it, some didn't but there was never any real reason one way or another that I recall, even though i had emails ticked in my account.

Only thing I've received since is news and promo emails and the freeroll tickets now and then - and even those have been reduced by 75% so most likely have all gone by the time you try to activate one.

I’d put a penalty system in place for that for repeat offenders. For example 3 instances of not completing spins in 24 hour period (or something like that) and you’re excluded from the battles for a given period.

The genuine players would then hasten their completion of the battle and the people who clog up the battles with the sole intention of slowing them down would soon get bored.

Let’s face it, non spinners are an irritant to most of us on here.

My suggestions for non spinners:

If a player makes no spin in a battle and ends with 25 spins= 30 min cooldown applied to that battle type.

or players who have used all their spins are allowed join another battle after 5 mins in the current battle has passed.

There are some issues with the battle lobby currently. Tech team is looking into the matter.

The issue is only affecting PC version, so you should be able to hop on the phone and play battles without issues while the issue is ongoing.

I'll post an update once it should be fixed.
