Official Videoslots presents Battle of Slots!

The problem we are having right now and yesterday has nothing to do with the Battles. Its a fault in our database setup which need to be changed, this need to be done when less people are on the site as it will slow down the site and it takes a few hours to fix.
Fix should be done during early hours tomorrow. Tonights battles will continue and if it occurs again we will reset it, but problem will be there until the fix have been released.
We were aware of this problem before event started, but decided to run it anyways as we can restore site quickly. It was that or cancel the evening.

FFS, will people stop asking for extensions - Nothing personal just you're the latest one to ask for this frustrating exercise and the closest post to quote :p

There is more to life than slotting and some of us need our beauty sleep and have work tomorrow.

It makes no difference if people ask for it they never do it these days.

The focus right now is to sort out the issues, we are very close to have the battles working once and for all after all these years. Im sure the team will figure out ways to compensate when things work properly.

I still think that the best compensation is just having the battles fixed.
It's way more satisfying than a couple of quid for another hour of battles.

Edit: Implementing a 5-minute timeout after a battle close for the non spinners would also make some people happy ?

or find a way so provided the player has played all there spins on a game then they can register for another battle

I will gladly take a few hiccups during Frenzy Mondays over the all day-long battles during Monday Mania! Did you really enjoy spending all day playing 20 battles where the top prize was 75 spins?

Maybe 10 battles with double the rewards would work. I heard some people were barely getting a reward of 5 free spins after spending all day playing.

At least during Frenzy, you have a better chance of getting 10+ rewards, and on several occasions I've won up to 25+ rewards, there's no comparison....
 
Seriously @Team.Videoslots why has account been set back 2 days again.

Playing at site and it was going funny again. Now logged In and back to 71 rewards and balance of £10 something.

Where I should only have £8 odd and 28 rewards as they are the rewards I am just waiting to expire and it will not let me forfeit them as they are all for the leander game that does not load so they are of no use to me.

But quite annoying that now sitting with all these rewards again that have already been redeemed and no point playing any slots as who knows what happens if you get a big win since site seems to keep resetting back days whenever it feels like it.

Battles not working and rewards that you can not redeem is one thing that I just accept but surely the site should not be resetting back days .

The Honey Rush battle has the same mistake but apparently, it got canceled.
 
@Team.Videoslots Now it´s wrong again, I shall have SEK 202 in my account now not SEK 82.79 as i had about 2 days ago !!!
I know Pixie same has happened to me. Back to what it was Sunday lunchtime with a tenner in account and 71 rewards. It is becoming a total joke now. Battles broke fair enough but accounts keeping going back in time should not happen.
 
Wonky technical Battles issues is one thing, XP requirements another. As is not being able to redeem one's Rewards at the end of hours' play.

Yet playing whack-a-mole with one's own funds as it performs Houdini tricks has to be a sure-fire cause for concern. I'm not even sure how anyone could feel safe depositing there, not knowing how much of the site's security has been compromised.

Before around 11.30 on Sunday I was down to 0.00 SEK in my account + about 5 or 6 rewards, then all of a sudden there was 82.79 SEK in my account and no rewards and I couldn't play any more Battles because it was stuck. I didn't play with the money in my account because I didn't know what was going on. Then I played Battles yesterday and redeemed the rewards and played with the money I won and I continued to play today but not with 82.79 SEK and ended up with 202 SEK and then suddenly it changed to 82.79 SEK again and that´s what´s in the account now !

Bad enough having about 30 useless rewards on the Leander slot as it is stuck and will not load but now I have all the rewards back from the book game that have ready been redeemed and the wrong balance.

Whatever the problems the accou ts should not be resetting back to days ago. Should not be possible.

It only affects a small group of users, and any missing balances will of course be restored once the issue is identified and fixed.

Also not that you are replying @Team.Videoslots bu5 i entered the Tuesday battle early today and am in place 1020.

As the accounts are back to Sundays stuck battles i can now reenter todays battle. No i have not and will not. But I can see major problems for yourselves if others do reenter and get a great score then have there accounts moved back to where they should .

Really not sure what had happened but it seems your site is very unstable and in a total.mess at the moment

When are you spicing up the games in the battles? When is the monthly game changing? Wolf Gold has been there for I do not know how long now, and Because I am restricted on PP, I do not get to enjoy the benefit of the monthly 30k euro battle, which makes the 2500xp requirement useless, since I miss out on the PP battles, and usually when its big money GTD battles as part of the 2.5k xp requirement, it's always on Pragmatic Play slots.

Not to mention how hard it is to hit the 2500 xp requirement these days. All I am saying, monthly 30k battle can be on different games every month.

It did it to me yesterday.

I closed all off, shut down PC, left it ten minutes and although slow and laggy, it worked when I tried again. (Skrill deposit FWIW)

Thanks Jono, tried but no joy. Got my old laptop and tried to login and deposit there but same thing. I guess I'll save this paysafe voucher for another day.

The deposit issue described here seems to also be due to our the site we've been experiencing today. It will also be addressed with the maintenance, and should hopefully be resolved with the maintenance.
If payment method Zimpler is used: they have advised that they're experience decreased performance, which could result in slower than normal transaction, which may persist even after the maintenance.

Site maintenance is expected to last for around 45 minutes.

Many apologizes for the incontinences caused by our site's less than perfect performance today. We're working on these issues constantly, and hopefully we will be back to a more stable very soon.
