I simply don't believe that there is a mystery malfunction that is being 'looked into'. How many websites do you know of that have a recurring error for months on end when traffic gets high or the site has to do more work?

Left to speculate, because the boy who cries wolf leads to speculation, 'we are looking into it' roughly translates into 'we are just resetting something'.

Which leads to my next question - why would they not get it fixed?

On top of that could also be the technology they use.
It still uses PHP, IMO they should start revamping the website to use node.js or python as they are way faster than PHP, I mean, we aren't in 2010 anymore to still using PHP.

I recently checked the dev careers at VS just out of curiosity and they are only recruiting PHP developers so I don't think it will happen anytime soon.

Site still not working i get like 2 spins into a game then it crashes again. On top of that i cant even activate my leander rewards because the game is stuck in an unrecoverable error apparently. Not to worry though customer support says they are looking into it so i guess it will be fixed a day after my rewards expire.

Fear not! I have found the problem.

Its an External Server Error, nothing to do with VS. A Cashier Error would be VS fault. And my old favourite, that only ever appears on NetEnt games when all other game developers are running fine - Your Internet Connection Is Slow error. Good job I am not an old cynic or I would suspect foul play with such explanations.

Happened the same to me earlier, you need to forfeit the spins.
For some reason the button was disabled to me as well, could be a bug.
You can do something like this.

1. Go to My Profile in your Desktop
2. Right click on the disabled button and select "Inspect"
3. It will open a console and highlight a line of code and that should start with "<div>"
4. Press the arrow next to it to expand
5. Search for the text "btn-disabled", it should be something like "<button class="[there are some classes, ignore them] btn-disabled">
6. Remove the "btn-disabled" text and press somewhere outside.
7. The button is now enabled and you are able to forfeit the spins, since you haven't used any, you will be able to activate them again

Yeah had a look going to work. Seems like the site got reset back to a certain point yesterday.

Battles that were stuck are back. Leader game as expected will always be stuck on the error message so any rewards are now worthless.

The book rewards redeemed are now back in rewards and balance won from them has gone.

The site has messed up before in battles but this seems the biggest error yet.

On the brightside away to work for a nice stressless day since won't do anything and 4 weeks till I get made redundant. Whereas u am sure it is going to be a stressful day in VS office lol. Hey maybe I could get a job there since I need one. With my many talents I am sure I would be as useful as their tech team.
