I contacted live chat and they have told me to try logging in later and it should be fixed. Kind of glad i dint qualify this month for the battle weekend that's taking part else i would of been pissseeedddd!

Issues do not seem to be fixed I am afraid.

You can not register for battles as the ones you were registered for when site crashed are not cleared so you can not rejoin other battles.

I still can't register battles say started 104minutes ago and not finishing

You can not register for battles as the ones you were registered for when site crashed are not cleared so you can not rejoin other battles.

Not being funny VS but bit of a joke the battles have been back on for ages and so many players can not play. Surely can not be that big a deal to have cancelled all the stuck battles . Very least the battles should not have been restarted as very unfair that some people can play them and many can not.

So looking like those with stuck battles will not be able to play again this weekend while others can. Should have cancelled them till they were working and available to everyone not have them running when so many can not access them.

Yes and they know the problem.

Not one to normally moan about VS and used to constant problems by now. If battles were totally broke i could understand. But the fact that they know that so many can not play and just let the battles continue shows they really do not care what people think. It will actually do more damage than good letting battles continue when so many can not play.

So @Team.Videoslots I am taking it since its now been hours that all the people that have stuck battles will no longer be able to play them again this weekend. That would be fair enough as problems happen if everyone was in same boat.

But how can it be justified to have the battles still running for certain customers when so many can not play them . Would have thought since it has totally messed up that the day would.be cancelled till they were working right for everyone.

Usually there is four of them. Because the main battle is 30th of october next week is first qualification i guess

Try this, to those with stuck battles (may not work for all as all participants in the battle causing the issue need to do it)

Go to "My Battles" - Find the one which should allow you to resume, even though showing a negative time remaining, it should also show the initial starting balance (£2.50 or £5.00)

Spin it once, the battle should then end and in a minute or so you can register for a new one.

@paul7388 In this case the issue affected to some of the players so unfortunately these players had issues with registering to battles. Like said, the issue has been fixed and everyone should be able to register now.

Must admit, i used to roll eyes when the likes of DreamRJ went: where's the compensation in terms of play time etc but now you think: well, it's not really 'compo' it's more about delivering what they promise. So, in that respect, no need to thank them or claim 'my loyalty' but just go: cool, delivering what u said: we're evens.

Not the collapse of rewards, lack of wheels, less cashback and lower RTP models designed to pay back less to players than before

We've long established that these Battles come with conditions and aren't free, with ever-widening XP requirements needed.

Whereas not that long ago, they really were a nice addition for punters to have a freeroll at something, as a sort of loyalty perk.

All that happened then is that certain players wanted more than 'what was already a great thing', and sort of pushed their luck, because it started being a regular earner, at probably great cost to VS.

Now though, who knows. But as a 'service', the Battles are inadequate and seemingly beset by technical problems indefinitely *cough*

Simply an insult to those that pay for the privilege and endure the perpetual Battles baloney

From what @anddi32 mentioned earlier usually, there are only 4 battles a month and since this month has 5 Sundays today there is no battle.

Gave up on the battles hours ago.

Besides the Leander game came up with the error message after first couple rewards so can not redeem them anyway as comes up every time try the game so it's pointless and just wrote rewards off.
