Still havent managed to start a battle, anyone else having problems?

Yap, looks like the issue is only with UK players.
Haven't been able to join any yet, just stuck in a ghost queue

I'm UK and playing no problems, log out and close browser, restart PC and you should be good to go!

Forgive me if I am wrong, however due to the mechanic on the RAW game, I think it will be incredibly hard to trigger any sort of feature, Nigh on impossible from a reward token itself.

Its a collect type "slot" - Best of a very bad bunch but still without any value opportunity IMO.
Yeah, very ill suited for battles.
No way are you going to collect enough pots for a feature in just 4-6 spins.
 
Forgive me for stating the obvious, 'cause I'm sure you will have tried already but... have you left the queue and tried to join new battle?
Yes, I did that already, I also just let a queue expired and registered again but nothing worked.
I just spoke with their live chat and they just said they were aware of the issue and trying to resolve it.
These 4 hours of battles just got shorter by a hour, let's hope it doesn't happen tomorrow where it's only 2 hours of battles
 
Level 21 has always been 200 or 400 still is, someone posted in here last week or so

Level 25-45 is Bronze 50/100
Level 50-95 is Silver 100/150
Level 100+ Gold 100/200

There is a Diamond wheel 150/250 but none of us mere mortals will ever get there, think its from level 500+
Yeah that always been my gripe with 100+

it should be 150/200 for gold in line with others as your on it for 400 levels and is effectively the same as silver ☹️

maybe it was at some point and was cut to 100.

it’s about time we saw a birthday wheel as well @Team.Videoslots I suggested that last year and as it was my birthday yesterday so I know you not implemented one yet lol come on, you can afford a few free spins for our birthdays can even be based on loyalty if needed to stop people just logging in once a year to get it.

Just had 3 rewards from the Wild West Gold and a few from the raw slot.

I had the same the other night pal. Earned 2 rewards from 4 hours of joining every battle.
They really do need to sort it out once and for all.

Do your self a favour and read this thread from 2020 and see if they fixed some problems. Players have been hoping to se them fix battles for some years now, All they have said is we will look in to it. Top of that you are getting 10p games on RAW provider and have to make 2500xp just to play that. ?

Well, I have been joining the slots battles for quite some time now, although there could have been some issues during that time, I remember that last year things would run more smoothly, we even had some mystery fridays that were a full day of battles without any issue.

I think that the issues started to pop up when they added the queues, before you needed to click in an open battle and race to join it before it was full, sometimes could be a bit hard to get into a 10-man battle but I don't remember us being unable to join battles for hours.
 
Years ago battle system worked only in desktop-version. Then they brought it to mobile and i guess there is one reason why problems started to moulder. Increased number of players and queue-system was an almost mandatory addition because mobile system wasn't as fast as desktop-system. So desktop-players got a pretty big advantage without queue-system.

But i don't think that queue is the root cause. There are several different factors why the system is not reliable but everything has started from the increased number of players. That's my guess
 
Is there currently any issues with the website today? there was a chrome update yesterday and the VS page has been problematic for me ever since, not loading, loading very slowly, is this just me or a global problem? at the moment all I get is this:

The fun thing is that chrome always auto filled the password and it was fine earlier today, not sure what happened

I was using chrome the other day and Bonanza was mental. Wouldn’t load. So had to swap to another browser.

I played the hot fiesta battle fine about 45 mins ago so im pretty sure im logged in just cant access anything, other casinos are working fine so pretty sure its a VS only problem.

update: appears to work on firefox.
update 2: scratch that, booted to the blank screen after trying to join the rounders battle..
update 3: page working on chrome again but cant log in.

@09237653 The website seems to be working now but the 30 tickets battle got cancelled
