So they decided to keep normal frenzy and then when the site was going down limiters came in. And now maybe 6-8 battles per hour what we dare to play. Fantastic stuff

Imagine playing the frenzy for the first time and wondering what the hell is going on. Is this really their idea of a frenzy etc. Maybe its their master plan to drive you to the site and while this is all going on to get you playing the games.

yeah limiting players to one battle every 25 or more minutes, makes it almost pointless playing. you need to keep getting in and out of battles to have any chance of getting a reward.. limiting them this way is barely any point playing sadly.

First it was tens what was the problem. Only 30's had to solve the problem. Now 30's are the problem same problems as with tens. So i guess if they give us 300 man it takes about a week until the same problems return. Is the root cause even there or is it somewhere else? The number of tournaments should no longer be a problem as explained in the tens but no. Problems are exactly same site doesn't handle this stuff.

I don't know why it comes as a surprise to you every week that there are going to be problems! They don't even have a presence on here during battle nights considering how often it goes wrong because they just don't care!

I don't know what to suggest as a long-term solution to this. The issue is clearly the number of clicks that take place trying to get into as many battles as possible. There are also a lot of clicks involved even in just registering and starting, although I appreciate this is necessary to ensure the player knows what they're entering into.

It's almost like they need to clone the site and strip all the stuff out apart from the Battle side of it, leave an assortment of reliable slots on there for the tournaments and then somehow redirect Battle players there so it doesn't interfere with the rest of the site and real money players.

But is it cost-effective to do that when a large part of it is used purely to give money away?

Another solution might just be to put all the battles up hours beforehand as 10 minutes long and make people pre-register for them, no limit on the number of entrants. If they don't turn up then it doesn't matter. Then calculate the number of awards after it has finished based on the number of entrants - 3 prizes for every 10 players sort of thing. As that one is finishing the next one is starting. Bit like Clash of Spins except you have to register beforehand and you don't play with real money. This would stop people mashing their mouse trying to get into the next battle and flooding the site with requests, because there's a fixed defined number. Only problem is that it's a bit odd playing a tournament whose prizes aren't yet determined but seeing as it's free to enter I doubt that would matter.

It's a real shame it keeps happening as it's a great USP for the site, but having it crash all the time must surely be driving real-money traffic away ?

Tonight was a different issue where their system was not creating enough battles for the amount of players, whether this was by design or a fault, I will leave up to individuals to decide.

Yeah, the least they could have done was extend by an hour or so.

Though I hope they can put an extra spins battle in somewhere this week, a 100,000 spins event with most placings getting an award of some kind.

There is a lot of internal work to sort things out. Battles currently have a limit of 3000 active spots in SNG battles at one go and the team is working on increasing it. Monday Frenzy might be a concept that need to change as it only gives 750 spots per battle, while epic Thursday gives 1500 spots per battle. There are upgrades being done this week and the following weeks to increase amount of active spots.
Another problem there is, sometimes too many battle starts at same time and can put site into a lag, that is also something that should be fixed shortly.
