Official Videoslots presents Battle of Slots!

This would improve stability on the site as currently majority of players are refreshing the site or pressing "register" multiple times to see when they can register again - this automatically creates its own DDOS of the site. If we remove so players auto register instead and stop the multiple tries to re-register to battles we would reduce the load on severs during battles which would improve everything else such as battle start popups and more.

For the non-spinner issue. We might be able to do something else like if you haven't made your first spin first 4 mins you are disqualified for that SNG.

Please post suggestions for Mystery Fridays. All ideas are welcome.

@Mr Wild

Here goes then, pretty realistic and will stay within any budgets IMO, although I am only an outsider and have little idea of how operations and promotions are decided upon, so totally understand if none get used.

Triple-Ten-Tastic

Sit n Go - 3 hours of 3 games running, all 0.10 bet size - rewards as normal 6/5/4

Seeing Double?

2 hours of Sng Battles 0.10 & 0.20 slots however rewards are doubled 12/10/8 (half the time, double rewards would be same as Epic Thursday cost wise)

Plenty of Twentys

Sng Battles 2 x 0.20 slots running for 2-3 hours (or the usual 4 depending on promotions budget) rewards as normal 6/5/4

Top of the Crop

2 Games running for 2 hours but both higher value than usual eg: 0.30/0.40/0.50c games

Fantastic 4

4 games running at the same time (bit like power hour) but lower spin values 0.10/0.20 and for longer (2-3 hours maybe?)

Please let me know what you think, as I say if not viable then I totally understand.

Cheers

Maybe I'm going out on a limb here but it sounds to me like the players are getting blamed for all the site issues,
"majority of players are refreshing the site or pressing "register" multiple times to see when they can register again - this automatically creates its own DDOS of the site"
I think that's absolute nonsense. It's great that you are coming up with ideas to solve the issues, the none spinner one, that's a great solution. Auto registering sounded okay until I actually thought about it. What If I only play one battle and go off to do something else? What If I open a battle to realise it's some tedious horror like the "RAW" slots and don't want to play anymore. Seems to me that you will have a hell of a lot more none spinners. Just my opinion as someone who has been playing the battles over the years, they used to be fine, no issues then VS changed the format and here we are.

No one is getting blamed, we just need to find a solution for it. It makes perfectly sense that players wish to register as soon as possible from their next battle. We just need to make it easier to handle for the system. One way for that is to offer an auto register option for next battle after the current battle finish.

Thanks for the suggestion, I sent it over to the right people. Im sure they will be happy to try the above.

Thank you for taking the time to read, consider and pass them on, it is appreciated.

Should they be used, maybe we could rename the promotion "Jono777's Mystery Friday's" :p :p

I think they will change it. Last friday Journey was originally scheduled but it was changed to second RAW before battles started.
So I don't see any reason why the exchange wouldn't happen today because the game is even less suitable for frenzy monday

Would you post the list please, not had my email yet

This is what you get when depositing money on vs, Raw gaming who the hell is going to play that awful game that takes all day to finnish! When Raw is gone from battles then i will maybe comeback and deposit, but when they tell players to fuck you, well im saying the same✌️

@Team.Videoslots @Mr Wild

What a surprise, first battle and already ran out of time, had only one free spins round and about 11 spins left........ Joke game to have in the battles.

Luckily the free spin value was added in time but are we going to have to contact you every battle that is still in a feature when time runs out to get the reward?? because it will happen a lot in 4 hrs

It's how they reward player loyalty - by listening :-p

The part I really don't get is that Videoslots themselves have agreed this is not a suitable game for SnG.

The saw how bad it was on the battle weekend and swapped it and listened regarding another recent event and again swapped it, both times for RAW's other game, which is a LOT faster and although not a great game, much more suitable for battles.

I'm confused

Both games are also very poorly optimized so whatever device you use gets slowed down to snail pace while running the slots.
I thought it was just me having a slow laptop, but its the same on my normal pc.

Also both times they swapped out the game in the past the battles were running for 10 minutes, now its just 8.
If i didnt know any better i would think that they want people to not be able to finish their spins in time.
Very odd.

Is RAW sponsoring the freespins? or why is it in the battles so often now?
It's the same in Mr Vegas - RAW and Leander appear all the time, so some agreement's been agreed i think to promote them via the battles.

Leander's aren't great as it is but certainly look like works of art compared to RAW.

To be fair I don't think anyone can accuse them of not listening. Player feedback was overwhelmingly positive in regards to RAW.

They took that on board, thought about it at great length and shat out what the masses craved!

All I can say is to savour the game, because it's rare for a company to go that extra mile for your enjoyment ?

You answered your own question there.........' The saw how bad it was on the battle weekend'

It was OK until the 4th game came in. Then you've got people mashing Register buttons for 4 different games at once, and that makes the site fall over. An auto-queuing system is a great idea if it can be deployed successfully. In the meantime maybe there's a way of changing the format of Frenzy Mondays to reduce the amount of strain it puts on the site. It's good that it's being worked on anyway ?

I, maybe with many others would like to see the idea of possibly splitting Frenzy Mondays into 2 x 4 hours Sng over Mon/Tue

As much as I love the 4 game format, it puts too much pressure on the site, the idea of splitting it would ease this and give us an additional night with something to look forward to, plus attract traffic and potential depositors to the site on an extra night.

Super sorry but I am not convinced at all. VS is a long, well established online site with an extremely high number of active players. The only thing any player can do is repeatedly click when playing onsite. Too many clicks and the site goes down? If it isn't nonsense then you need to up your technology, upgrade your servers and get it back together!! Repeat - it used to be fine and fun to boot.

I fell asleep about 20 minutes into the 3rd game, there was hardly any fruit in the shop so i must have lost interest around that point.
As for things being 'ok' until the 4th game started, i guess thats true, if you dont count them not swapping out the first game and the third game only giving out 30% of the prizes it was supposed to.

I was not there to witness it, but pesonally id say that the crash was only the cherry on top of the shit sundae being prepared from hour 1.
Oh well, thats enough negativity, im sure they have fixed all the problems now and extended the battles a couple hours to make up for all the mistakes made.

I know they would never do that.

im convinced now the only logical explanation for the appalling games is vid gets a kickback (like the 20 grand tesco wants to put your product on there shelves)
i seriously doubt anyone is trying journey to chaos and saying well theres one for my favorites list.

Ye it was super fun to play yesterday. First two hours went okay.
in the third hour I had to stop half of the journey battles and fourth hour i couldn't play them at all if i wanted to play other games too.

if this was the situation the casino wanted, then the matter is clear. Otherwise please... this does not make any sense

Win win for VS. They choose a game that takes a long time to run its course which means less battles so less rewards. Couple that with the pittance it pays out when you do get a reward then it's the perfect storm for VS.
I also found myself sacking off the RAW game when things got busy. Even on a 'perfect server' night you'd be hard pushed to not be missing out on a few battles whilst the RAW game chugs through its process.

I dunno. Whilst never having sacked off a slot (to my knowledge anyway), I'm starting to suspect players are sensing these RAW games were chosen based on their sluggishness. And subsequently paying out less Rewards overall.

I'm just a little bit surprised by it all, as it's not something VS would normally do ?‍♂️

Yeah all the other online casinos who run battle freerolls are much better ?
