Come on guys, I think Rectual has a point. There is no point staying in the rear for this discussion and squeezing out your voice or clenching your cheeks.

Sometimes, enough is enough and if we throw enough sh"t at the wall some of it might stick.

The whole thing is cheeky, and a stinky pain in the arse.

Videoslots should save a bit of champers for a website upgrade, instead of laying at the bottom of the pile.

But in every battle I brew myself calming herbs, not coffee; D videslots team provides so much nerve with its unexpected planned technical errors that brewing herbs is not enough, I think you should start smoking herbs in order to get nervous with their battles and unforeseen but heavily planned mistakes

Guess they not running them on for lost time, wonder how long it's gonna take them to fix gem bonanza for me. I activated 4 got the glitch activated 6 on top but not used the others I've won. Perhaps they done me a favor and when I do get to use them the site would have straightened itself out a bit

Gems still broken but at least shows the spins.

I did ask support earlier today about midday.. they said a lot of players experiencing it and they working on a fix. Just tried it though still gliching, I activated 4 and got 6 qued up behind them.. so I agree with tooky got 5hrs left on expiry so they prob gone.. I kept 11 inactivated but who knows if they fix it within the 7 day expiry. And as for mega Friday freeroll done them all got nothing.

I'm not always complaining, and as we all users of videoslots sometimes we are using the forum to give others players information. Alot of the time it looks like we complaining but really it's just venting.. With special attention going to the ppl who remember the goid old days of vs. Some might be holding on those days (me lol) like an oap in a nightclub but if we can't vent it here amongst others who can understand, what can we do.

This all here is more like giving feedback and sharing information

And maybe trying to make a small impact on things. Yes with poor success but if you don't try you can never achieve it. And because we have casino contact here it makes sure that even someone from the casino reads these messages.

If you want to formally complain about crashing battles or bad service go ahead. It's your personal choice.

In the old days every freeroll had 500 max. so limiting the number of players is an old thing.
And i think these days it's a good thing. Because player numbers have risen but prizes don't.
Even there is limit it's not any speed race who gets in who not. Just put some alert in phone if you're not sure you remember sunday battle example.

Most the freeroll battle with a 2500 player limits do not reach max capacity like these two did, and max capacity is mostly reached for these types of battles on the more active days, i.e. during weekends and evenings. So it's first come, first served to be able to participate for these types battles. But we appreciate your feedback and I will relay it internally.

Keep an eye out for our news page or posts on the forums, where we'll post if any changes to the current structures are made.

Our tech team has been working on the issue together with the provider, and stability should be improved now, so tonight's Monday Frenzy event should not face the happenings.

I think their previous reply shows that they're more than happy to fob players off and continue using broken games essentially.

Even better when one can regurgitate the same line about having addressed the technical problems, only for everything to become unplayable 5 minutes in. And yet, players believe them and continue to fund them in pursuit of XP eligibility....

I guess this is the result when customers don't, well, vote with their wallet, and permit these companies to carry on with their substandard product!

I googled journey to chaos and found the developer and the game - seems they are a new provider that i can tell, but as mentioned they arent on vs's site that i can find either. Im guessing @Team.Videoslots this provider/game will be added prior to the start of the battle weekend?
