In my opinion, they should change the XP requirements. 250,000 XP should be required instead of 2,500 and a deposit of 2,000 euros instead of 20. Then the problem with not working SNGs would be solved by itself, because no one would play them. They would have peace of mind.

Compensation wouldn't be any problem this format gives a lot of ways to do so even without extra time (maybe last hour problems need some extra time, sure).

I just hate this situation. They always apologize and "sorry for that yes we are looking for the issues" etc. And behind the corner same issues just keep going and going week after week. And despite the fact that a constant failure is at the end of the casino they don't compensate even obvious things like unplayable hours. Not so consumer friendly. like everything else technical there is no solution for lol, starting to agree with changing the loyalty to something that works . i love the free battles and think its a great way to get us all playing but we are all getting fed up now with technical issues when u can play on other sites with higher RTP. i also love the quick withdrawals but can get that now easy on other sites. Out of everything though i hate the non answers we keep getting on here and address the problems properly used to be so much better. yes its free time for us to play but we have to play and pay to get it and if we dont win on free fair enough but at least answer us on here properly (for example battles being extended but werent) dont say something if its not gonna be done. we dont ask for much but we do ask for honesty when we are putting money in a site.

Ya I've cleared my history/cookies, tried different browsers, restart and reseted my network settings. Pretty much anything I could think of...none of it helps. I agree with the XP, the higher the level, the slower it moves. And I rarely get the jackpot wheel anymore

I would guess it is 6 reels - 20p bet as that is the default, you have to deactivate the bonus bet manually yourself every time the game loads.
