Firstly, we want to apologize for the frustration many of you have had due to the Battle and payout issues that we have been experiencing this past weekend. Technical issues can obviously be very suddenly and super frustrating, especially on a battle weekend.

We want to thank you all for waiting, and helping us identify all the effected battles that had not paid out. We have been working nonstop to identify all the effected battles, and have now successfully identified all the battles that failed to pay out this weekend.

Many of you in this thread have already noticed that we have started manually crediting these effected battles now, and will continue to do so today.

Our hope is to have all the effected battles credited today, but due to the large amount of battles effected, this could take a bit longer till every last battle is credited.

Which is true ? ..

Did you check every battle ? Or just those which players notifyed ?

Have allready get my rewards , little bit over 20 reward was credited from saturday-sunday games ( winned 10 € from those ) ..

But straight away noticed that there is still missing rewards .. I will not anymore contact to cs about which one is missing .. Too much time has goed in chat from couple of spins ...

And it isnt my Job.. It is VS job to check every battle..
 
57 missing 57 paid out this afternoon so every single missing reward has arrived in my account.
I'm not happy how VS handled on a general level last weekend but i'm pleased that this problem was resolved pretty quickly.

Can we ask for a change of a game for thuesday madness?

Playing freespins from rewards in Dragons Fire Megaways is kinda (idk how to say, stupid?) because game is based building up multiplayer in consecutive spins. So if a player for example win 4 freespins max multi that he can get is 4x and even then game barelly can pay 1x. Also when freespins are over and you open a new one multi is reset back to 1x.

Give us any other game that doesnt have progressive multi build up.

Hey!

We ended up checking every battle and not just the one reported due to the major amount of battles that did not pay out. We were still crediting missing rewards yesterday afternoon, but have now completed that process and all missing rewards have been paid out as per our knowledge.

If you think that we have missed anything, could I ask you please to send us the battles ID of those we have missed, and I will double-check those battles?

No auto play for UK and also it is a 'collect' type game so not suitable for battles.

Maybe Legacy of Dead or Rise of Merlin instead?

I guess after intense consultation, changing games to something remotely playable was just a challenge too far. But hey, they're still slots, worry not ?

I do not understand one thing, a decent, trusted company, operating for so many years, having huge turnover and profits and they cannot afford or do not want to invest in decent servers and good IT employees. this is puzzling. and disappointing.

Most likely we will be told they will look into it.

Then a swift early morning response, that we can all go eat tacos!

Its sad but thats how they are these days. There not as friendly in these situations as they used to be even this time last year.

Things just continue to decline In regards to the customers treatment when the site goes down etc
