I registered to 10 and 30 man anyway and then went for a smoke

It's reverse result list if battle is running but no one can play. Example if you see your spot in battle screen is #1 your final result is #30 and no reward. If you are last in the battle screen (#30) then you will win that battle and six spins. Etc. So in 30 man bottom 9 wins and in 10 man bottom 3 wins.

We are still working on a more permanent fix to the recurring issues in battle prizes not paying out and in the meantime the customers have been reporting any affected ones to customer support - if you still come across you should kindly raise either in here or to customer service.

The other issues we experienced in battles during the weekend were also identified and fixed.

We greatly appreciate your patience guys, and will keep you posted.
