If it makes you feel any better , this freeloader rarely made anything from Tuesday madness battles. :laugh: although there have been the odd times I've just deposited 10 to take part in the last special thing available to anyone outside the xp requirement, most of my deposits have still been with Vs, which I guess makes me loyal even tho I'm generally a poorer lowroller. :D

To be fair, I've deposited well over 250 this last 4 weeks and still can't get over the 2500xp requirements for freerolls etc. :laugh:Though that may change today being fairly close !

You are a loyal player, just unlucky to not make the threshold.

What I meant are players like we have sometimes here on CM when they sign up for a promo and disappear straight afterwards. And since 15K is serious cash, it should go IMO to those who bring the casino the most profit. :)

Here are my numbers from the last 30 days. You can see, I am no big depositor either these days and rely as well on my luck to make it past the 2,500XP. I usually do one day with a larger deposit and until now I always managed to get past the threshold which then gives me 30 days of relaxed Freeroll access without the need to worry about the XP balance.

Yeah I get what you mean @Harry_BKK , I was mostly just making a joke and poking fun at myself for my unluckyness :laugh:

I agree in general, although initially it was disappointing that the last special thing was put behind the xp requirement, I'm more disappointed that I can't seem to get over that requirement , but I'm fairly close as of last weekend! Hopefully today I'll make it for first time in about 3 months lol

Can you play normal games?
Why I'm asking is because it said that you tried to play above your Max bet. Have you set a limit to the max amount you can play for each spin recently, and maybe set it too low?
I usually have it on €1 to not risk losing too much if I clicked on max by mistake.
Otherwise it sounds like they have limited your account in some way.

Do you plan any freeroll Battle Weekend for December or is this "super battle" (the one with the 110 buy in) in place of it please.

Asking as I feel if it is in place of the free rolls, its a tad unfair to all the low rollers who have stuck with you all year, showing continued loyalty, despite the amount of changes made this year which brought numerous whinges and whines on the forums yet they/we continued to deposit and play and stick with you.

Thanks for the reply. My max buy limit is above any battle amount that they have ever offered and I've not altered it. I had this same issue months ago and it was resolved despite vs stating that there where no issues. I'm using chrome which is meant to be compatible?

It would be a bit odd to set the limit to 5c maybe :D but it seems that it's with their max bet setting it is a bug.

Being compatible unfortunately doesn't mean that everything is updated from either side all the time.
I'm mostly tired of the battles rarely are updated with the wins. Several battles each day that don't update as they should but I think everyone is so use to it now that we don't say anything.
...and as a Swede I'm just grateful to be able to play them at all :)
 
@Team.Videoslots - Will there be a battle weekend at the end of December? or will that December Xmas 30K Battle be all we get for those who actually manage to win a ticket for it? Seems a tad unfair to all those who may not get a ticket for that final battle though.

Even with over €200 n deposits I’m less than a 1/3 towards the magic 2500xp.
Seems harsh that if you are an unlucky player that you have to sit on the sidelines and watch the lucky sods, who deposited the same and hit a good run, not only get richer but become the battle privileged too.
Gee kick a woman/man when they’re down lol

Now I log in on my laptop only to find that "your account has been deactivated". What have I done?

Edit. Sweat over. I had installed a few new browsers to try to get videoslots to work via mobile and I made 3 failed log in attempts due to fat finges

I was pleased with the change also. Makes my contributions feel more valued as a loyal customer. There's lots of casinos that don't make things exclusive for their loyal customers.

I've been through the same situation myself and deposited way more than normal just to get the access. The problem for me was that i chased it and quickly. So bet different to how i normally would. I had to go back to how i first played for it to work well for me. Low deposits and minimum bets, not chasing as that never seems to work well for me.

No joke that my friend had the XP but was wondering wether to make the deposit last month. You see he rarely deposits and had become used to making a few quid here and there from the battles and the little money he had in the account. Its only my gameplay thats evolved since we started slotting and I went back to the way we originally played to make up the XP.

You may have already tried but gaining the XP should be treated like a marathon. Because there are battles constantly I kept trying to get it done quickly. Thats where i went wrong.

The issue has either been fixed or it fixed itself because I have just played my first battle via mobile since Monday.
It does make me wonder what rewards I missed out on

Just seen this was that aimed at me when I came in second place in the star burst tourney? VS is my main casino and I deposit there reguralry multiple times per week.
