You say in your promotion post " Replacing our Battle Weekend is a new, bigger and better campaign: Weekend Madness! ". You did not gave out information how many freespins you paid out from last battle weekend so I had to check previous battle weekend stats. You gave out 464,160 moon princess free spins so value of freespins was 92832 euros. Now you give us 34% less what you gave out two months ago and you say it's "bigger and better"? Okay now the deal is to hit big and win big but that advertising slogan is total lie.

The prize for SNG weekends are free spins, the prize for a madness battle is cash-$60k added by VS, it will be more likely $80K prize pool, but since this is a discussion about how much VS is giving, let's say the prize pool is $60K.

A lot of people will withdraw at least a few hundred dollars from the madness battle. How many people do you think can make a withdrawal from the free spins from SNG weekends? Not as many as from the madness battle. I think VS calculate that and decide 60K which is fair I think.

I enjoy SNG weekends, but there are a few people who don't want to spend all weekends in front of the computer to get $100 or so, for them, this madness battle is much better option, and I like the idea too, I will play the battle from time some time during weekends, and do other things when I don't play the battle.

According to team VS, SNG weekends will be back on May, so people who prefer SNG weekends can enjoy them on May.

There will be 60-70% of players who will benefit zero about next "battle weekend". Battle weekend consept has always been "play play play and earn rewards.". Now this is totally else and everything is just are you lucky or not. Yes I like battles where you can hit big prizes but truth is most players who wagered 2500 xp-points just because this one will get zero euros for the balance. Point of my post was that they say this is bigger and better but prize pool is totally low IF they want to replace original battle weekend.

Sure it's hard to say how much 464000 freespins will cost to casino but only reasonable way to count this all is 0.20e per spin minus RTP 96.8%. After RTP reduction it still makes 89800 euros. And yes swedes and few other countries have lower RTP but still what they give out now will be much less than before.

There are a few people who meet the wagering requirement and get almost zero benefits from SNG weekends too.
There are people who works on weekends, they only can join the battle for a few hours for a 20 rewards maybe, and more likely they will end up with $5.
There are people who find SNG weekends boring, I myself have had an experience that I joined the battle for a couple of hours and found the game really boring and decided not to part of it on that weekends.
Not everyone is happy to sit in front of the computer for 48 hours no matter what the game is.

VS announced this change before April, so anybody who don't like the idea of the madness battle can play somewhere else and come back on May when SNG weekends is back.
You are not the only one who can figure out there are going to be people who will get zero dollars from that battle. Everyone who wager 2500 xp points to join this battle knows the risk of getting zero dollars from the battle, and if they decide to wager 2500 xp points knowing that fact, I don't see any problem with that.

Yes but now we are talking about other things. Sit n Go's are sit n Go's and battles are battles. Yes it's nice to see what will happen with this new concept. It's okay. All what I was saying was that it's not bigger or better as they want to advertise it. Yes they will put big money to the pot but at the same time they again save money as they did with tuesday maddness. Less for the players and that's the truth and only reason why they have this new concept.

They are not saving money. As I said on my first reply, more people will withdraw bigger amount than SNG weekends. How is this saving for VS?

Whats your mathematic formula for this statement? Please tell. I introduced my own so how the h*ll they won't save money if they have counted to give about 30% less for the prize pool? Yes somebody will get big money but total prize pool is less than before.

I'm not talking about total prize pool, yes total prize pool itself is less, I'm talking about your comment VS is saving money, VS is not saving money.
"Save money" for a business means it should cost less money for the business, but if more players withdraw bigger amount than SNG weekends, it's not less cost for the business, it's bigger cost for the business, therefor it's not saving money.

Top 3 prizes will be at least around 15K I assume, that will be all go out as cash to player's bank account, that's a loss for the casino.

To say the casino saves money, you have to know exactly how much they lose on each event and compare.

For example, a restaurant gives away 100 glasses of juice to the customers for free, a glass of juice normally is sold as $5 at the restaurant, so that's $500, and one day they decide to change free gifts to 3 x $150 worth of small TV, and you can't say that's $450 so the restaurant saves money.
One glass of juice might be sold $5 each at the restaurant, but it might cost only $3 to make one glass of juice therefore the restaurant lose only $300 for juice free gift, but for the TV, they have to go to the electric shop and have to pay $450 for TVs, so they lose $450 for TV free gifts.

What I'm saying is the value of free spins from SNG weekends might be 90K but it doesn't mean VS is losing 90K.
We don't know exactly how much VS is really losing as cash from SNG weekends, but my guess will be there are more withdrawal from the big battle than SNG weekends, but of course I'm not 100% sure, and of course you can't be 100% sure that there are more withdrawals from SNG weekends than a big battle.

I wonder if the big money will go to first 20-30, with up to 200 getting less than 10 each.
Probably 3000 will play and 1% of them will be happy after it ends.

I don't cashout often after an SNG weekend but I always have fun.

Is it just me or has chat totally ended in VS? I mean I used to have good chats in there and now there's radio silence. I can see my post but no replies but no-one chatting either.

Probably the issue is now the players have to click chat space button to see other people's comment, and there is a possibility a lot of players don't know that, they just assume nobody is talking anything. I didn't know that until I read a post about it here.

Another thing is even the players know they have to click the chat space area, many people wouldn't bother. I don't bother to click it either.
Before I kinda "had to" see chatting, and I jumped into the chatting when there was a question that I could answer to or there was an interesting subject was discussed.

You could suggest to VS that they switch the chat on at the start of a battle and people will have to turn it off if it annoys them but I rather think the lack of chat is probably a blessing to them not having to post moderate.
 
Everyone to their own but I much prefer a decent big battle to spending a weekend trying to get into sng battles for 10p
free spins.Bear in mind that we are spending a lot to qualify for battles now and for me I want a chance to get something
decent back.
I would hope that VS pick a decent game for the big battle taking into account that most of us will be playing 2500 spins

Canadians can't play Netent. So I believe Netent is out of the question.-If we can choose Netent, DOA will be fun.
I'll be happy with any game though.

I would prefer rather than a 48 hour battle two 24 hour battles twice a month maybe on a Sunday but I suppose they are 48 hours because only a real nutter would stay up for the whole two days and they know people have to sleep at some point so no one can claim full 48 hour rewards, which is why the Thursday battle every week replaced the three day battles so people couldn't build up rewards you get around 20 and probably gamble the winnings as they are small.
 
Think for the big battle, 48 hours is spot on ,some players would be pushed to find time to play 2500 spins
in 24 hours esp at the weekend and unlike the sng battles,you cant really start playing it unless you are sure
you have time to go all the way with rebuys if you need to

Sorry with 10 rebuys its 2750 spins if you play the lot

I have 3 of 1 euro battle tickets on my reward sections...all my blue wheels are in love with orange weekend booster multiply and battle ticket....not with jackpots or free spins.
Can I use it to register for the big battle. I know I can't use the ticket for rebuy...but can I use it to register?

How do you know how much players withdraw from each? Like every time someone wins a big amount they will withdraw it ? We've heard a million times about people winning large amounts and then losing it all before ever withdrawing
Only facts are that this battle has $60k prizepool and the weekend battles give out more than that
What about the fact that when players are grinding away all weekend on the battle sngs they are often too busy to play for real money ? With this big battle they will have much more time to play some real money sessions . That will make VS money
What about IT staff/servers etc . This big battle will be a lot easier to handle than the battle weekends . Maybe that saves VS money too
The 10 rebuys will be essential to your chances of winning . This means every single player is going to need to deposit or have a real money balance to cover those rebuys . Maybe they deposit extra too ?
I like the idea of this big battle because it sounds like a lot less "work" for the player but its also less work and cheaper for VS . It might be a win win
The battle weekends are fun but its a looong grind and sometimes very disheartening when you get 100 rewards and you see dead spin after dead spin and empty rewards . It can get very tedious . But you are pretty much guaranteed some money in that format . With this big battle we will have to see how the prizepool is distributed . They might make it so everyone wins a prize. They might only pay a certain % and try to have a huge 1st prize to encourage people to try and make the wagering . We'll see . Just hope I can get off to a good start ! Will be quite exciting if first is 5k+ and you are on a good run on the game with the rebuys
 
How can anyone know whether free spins payout more or less as you do not know what the result will be for example 1 person might play one battle on Reactoonz and win 1 reward of 4 spins one of those spins is a Garagtoon and £300, another person might play all weekend get 100 rewards and win barely £10. It is impossible to predict the profit & loss on a free spins weekend with this weekend they know what money they are giving away just not whether people will withdraw it.

I'm talking about people who will win a few K....for example, I believe first prize will be minimum 5K I think....and 99% of the case people will withdraw at least 4k from the wining-don't forget VS withdrawal is really fast especially if it is a prize money from a battle therefor VS doesn't need to check with a slot provider for winning and there are a few other prizes for more than 1K.

How many people do you think will win 5k from SNG rewards and withdraw at least 4k? How many people do you think will win 1K from SNG rewards?

A lot of player are depositing extra during SNG weekends when they get bored with the battle.
Please remember not everyone is patient to play SNG battles during whole weekends.

Good to see that you changed the name to "Battle" for the German text. However, the devil is in the detail, in this case the "der, die, das" trap.

Please advise your team to change:

dem Weekend Madness Battles - to - den Weekend Madness Battles
Das / das Battle - to - Die / die Battle

Also it is considered very rude to write "Der Spieler" without mentioning the female players. It would be also better written in plural form, plus I inserted a few other small changes: Die SpielerInnen haben außerdem die Möglichkeit, die Chance auf den Hauptpreis über Re-Buys zu erhöhen. Jeder Re-Buy kostet 1.00 € und den SpielerInnen ist es erlaubt, bis 15 Minuten vor Ende der Battle maximal 10 Re-Buys zu tätigen.

There a few more minor "blunders" but overall it reads and sounds pretty good. I can offer you to proofread your German texts if you want. :)

Sry but "der Battle" sounds so wrong for me.:laugh:
"vor Ende des Battles" (if it's only one battle) or "vor Ende der Battles" (Plural). -> i like this ones more.

But i think there are no 100% rules about it, because it's an english word. ^^
