I would love to know how many people wager $2500 from $100. Not many that's for sure.

Happens, not all the time but it does.

- On my last remarkable day I wager 30K+ from 19€ race money
- Last week, i wagered 15K+ with 116€ in deposits.

However, I did also wager just 1240€ with over 400€ in deposits.

It will be tough for low rollers, no doubt. But getting into the TOP50 or even TOP100 of the 60K battle will be some serious money. If 2,000 players take part and take the 10 re-buys you have an 82,000€ pot. That something worth playing for.

The requirements for the freerolls is the same until the end of march, but you did mention in the news post this:

Unless I am reading that wrong, it sounds like the new requirements for the regular freerolls will also start on April 1st and that is not good at all for me as a low roller. :/

Can i re-ask again though (think my question got lost a couple pages back).

Aprils battle weekend has been cancelled.. what is happening with the mid-week evening sng freeroll battles? Will they be cancelled too ? Or are they still going ahead?

If so, my question is , if the rules change on 1st of April - assuming those evening sng freerolls go ahead, what will the requirement be for those? Still the current 500xp
etc. or something else? (my thinking being that , come 1st april its 2500xp in 30 days prior to battles to meet requirements, what would those be as its only a couple
weeks'ish before those midweek battles would happen).

So, for the people who have already qualified for the freerolls using the 500XP, will you be adding battle tokens for them to take them up to when their qualification should have ran out. For example, someone who played and wagered 500XP on Sunday should be able to play them until 6th April. Presumably they will be able to play until then regardless of the new rules?

of April)? And if they haven't been cancelled and are still planned to go ahead - what may the requirements be for it ?

I ask because if they are planned to go ahead, the changes to requirements happens on the 1st April - which means, which xp requirement would it be? the old 500xp one? or the new 2500xp ?

(because you wouldnt get 30 days prior to meet requirement - so would potentially, those battles use the old 500xp requirement)

The normal freerolls, that today have a qualification of deposit 20 wager 500XP to qualify for 2 weeks access to freerolls. If someone qualified Sunday they should have access until the 6th, will they still get that? Or will they have to wager another 2000XP to play in a freeroll battle on say the 2nd April?

The freerolls you register for today have the requirement that you must have deposited a minimum of €20 and wagered 500 XP over the last 14 days. The 1st of April we change the requirements and you will then have to have wagered 2,500 XP within the last 30 days.

Having wagered 500 XP and deposited 20 EUR in one day does not automatically qualify for you 14 days of freerolls and the updates will mean that if you have not met the new threshold you will, unfortunately, not be able to take part.

Every XP you collected from 2nd March will be included. Very few of VS normal players will be affected by this change. We have done a lot of calculation before we decided the XP amount. There might be a few low-rollers unfortunately, but the goal here is targeting the players that are taking advantage of our Battle promotions. These players actually make it harder for VS normal players to win.

We do this to protect the players of VS from these abusers, a few of the abusers are active here at CM and have recently been posting a lot of negative comments about VS as we have stopped their income (We also want to point out that not all negative comments come from abusers, but the majority). However, we are open for suggestions how to tackle this problem, but most people here that play at VS are aware that VS Freeroll battles have increased rapidly the last few months with players and many of these players only complete minimum requirement to take part of freerolls. The battle promotions are not made for this purpose and that is why we have made these changes. If they don't work, other changes will happen until we get these players off from VS.

That's a pretty steep increase in requirements. If say 2500 xp in April would qualify you for entire month of May, I would see that as big increase, but at least where players would know what they were aiming at. This way, on a rolling 30 day period, many players may only achieve a couple of days of tournaments upon reaching the 2500 mark.

Please implement some kind of tool so players can track their own xp at least over a period.

I joined VS in order to play battles. If I find it too difficult to qualify for battles, I'll choose somewhere that offers deposit bonuses instead for a lot of my play.
