Good morning . All the raw igaming games in Ontario at least are not working in the battles or with your own money none of them

Oh i remember when these "medleys" were 24h, no queues and 24 different games. Great times

In today's promotion, the effective playing time is definitely not 2 hours, maybe an hour and a quarter because the queues will grow to astronomical numbers again

Last few thursdays the queues have been bigger than normal, maybe around 700 - 800 at the biggest.
I personally think that this is due to the increase in the number of players. Where does that limit go if the number of players continues to grow. Waiting in line for 10 minutes?
 
I remember the 24 hour medley , no queues or anything. Then it was cut to 12 hours i think. Then to 6 hours, and now 2 hours for the last few times. It is what it is, but i wish the queues would be either switched off or done something with as effectively you barely get a chance at the 10 man battles as it is.

Appreciate the medlee but we need at least the 4 hours, 2h is pretty pointless.

Really ???? Got 2 play two battles so far. Fun. Wow! Looks like Ave Caesar might be working but I'm 660th in line so we'll see

NOPE! Same error on all RAW games

They should just stop doing the Monday event every Monday if its going to be this bad imo.
Run it 2 or even just 1 time per month instead and have an event that is actually worth participating in.

Each event gets downgraded as time goes on, im guessing it wont be long until we see the 'power half hour' with how things are going, which of course will turn into the 'power quarter-hour' before long.

Mondays could be removed. There are only more and more players, the queues are way too long and the value is completely negligible.
Thursdays could be removed. Format is same as always but way too long queues. If you used to be able to win 20 awards, nowadays 10-15.

I think that because they don't want to search for a solution in the queues, they should remove all sit'n go promotions and leave battle weekend with 2x 0.20 games

VS should definitely keep one SNG event per week. Thursday’s are the only days I ever win any rewards, especially since the places have been reduced in the daily battles. I’ll take 10-15 rewards over zero any day…

Yeah, Thursdays are fine, no need to do anything with those

Merging all the low value Mystery Monday's in to one really decent, once a month event is the way to go for sure!

They had a solution before when you had to click on the battle to join. If you were not fast enough then you had to try again to join.

I hope Videoslots is right.
Would be cool if they used something other than RAW for the 20p slot, but the odds of that happening is probably slim to none, im guessing it will be that horrible Eagle slot + some random book slot for the 10p.

Well I decided to head back and correct the agent but I got a different agent. Also Live Chat now take 20minutes to be transferred to an agent. When did this huge delay start happening? First time I used live chat in a very long time lol

I avoid live "help" everywhere and have done for years, it eases my frustrations and keeps me nice and calm-ish :o

VS chat I hear is a bot to begin with before you get to speak with a real person which would add to the time spent trying to solve your issue.

But yeah When I said 20 mins I was referring to the time after the bot questions was answered and it put me in the waiting room :P

Never in my life have I been so happy to see a new RaW slot released before battle weekend (next weekend) ??? hopefully now, it won’t be that eagle slot, fingers crossed
