These server centres usually have disaster recovery which would lead me to believe this is a major outage. No disaster recovery so maybe no way to switch off of the island if thats the process. If the disaster recovery is in another centre in Malta then thats obviously down to.

These companies usually have a compensation scheme in place for outages also. I would find it unusual if they didnt as its a way of gaining business - offering the security against outages.

My knowledge is limited to UK data centres though. Maybe Malta is different.

They knew about this problem way before the battles started so would assume some sort of discussion was had and they decided not to.

On a personal note ive accidentally registered for a round 1 jackpot chase.......things can only get better!

The order of registration does not affect the final position. In 2 battles I was registered as the second and was classified at the end of the field.

BTW that sword of khans game is unique, unlike games like merlin and magic mirror 2, you can get the same symbol multiple times in a trigger, it just gets a multiplier after the first, so chances of getting all symbols must be close to impossible on this one.. considering I had a feature and 3 retriggers hit 10 three times as symbol.
