Thats because thay keep messing up and freezing on registering.... and everyone in them just sits in them ... like sheep... annoys the hell out of me! Ive been stuck in them before and found if you leave when someone else joins it can unfreeze them.

PlayNgo does have a small delay sometimes on freespins when you activate them. So I would just activate a few of the rewards and then wait a bit and then start the game and they should be there. We are pushing PlayNgo to remove this delay.

You are always going to get people who if they are allocated 10 minutes then they will take 10 minutes, human nature.

I called time on the slots on Friday, not deposited all weekend and I have no intention of doing so for a while, it becomes boring winning once then nothing for months, another one off win and nothing, not enjoying it so taking a break from both the forum and the slots so good luck everyone.

Also I began activating my free spins that I won from the promo. I had a tiny message pop up on my first activation which I presumed was something like " You have activated free spins" only to find I was spinning at £2 a pop of my real money!

There is no real pattern how it got activated on the account. There was a random delay before the spins got activated to the account and then it started to work and if you activated loads of them then they will start to pop up one by one as a queue. You would still need to reload the game every time you accept an offer.

Some players said it helped if you did 1 spin with real money to get all the free spins to start to work but I didn't manage to get that way to work during my testing but everything is reported to PlayNgo and I hope to have this fixed to next campaign.

I have also noticed that if you click the reward to activate the free spins and the game load with no free spins loaded. Sometimes by clicking the system message in the notification area in lower right area that states "You have activated 5 free spins in book of dead" If you click on that link in the notification are then the spins normally load as well.

Thank you for spotting it. You see it in dollars because you have selected dollar in the top right corner where you have currencies. But we will fix so it shows in euros no matter what currency you have picked there since its only euro in our Battles.

I understand your frustration, especially with 1 euro , x3 rebuy battles - cloud Quest, Pimped, Spin Party, Gemix etc

If you make a rebuy and press spin, it will tell you , that you do not have funds right?

After you rebuy, just wait like 10 seconds, do not refresh and press spin again the session continues.

I also noticed the slight delay but just waiting the 10 seconds made me not report it then.
