Is there still a problem with winning or getting bonus on the last battle spin?

I've just played warlords and got free spins for third time on last spin, got around 1400 points but it's not added it to my score. I had two previous ones giving I think approx 400 and 600 each, a few wins in between and then this decent last spin bonus but my score is still only saying 1900 (ish) it's not added that last win.

I've seen others post about this recently, whats done in this situation ? @Team.Videoslots
 
Hi @spoo42,

Unfortunately, there are still some problems. However, now if you get a bonus/feature on the last spin and the score does not add directly it will instead be added once the battle is over and its "calculating prizes". So please wait until the battle is finished and your score will be corrected.

It won't show the result but once it is calculating the prizes it will add the result of the bonus round and rank you correctly. Had it happen just two days ago, all went well in the end and I got my 25 spins on Swipe&Roll. :)

EDIT: Team VS was faster :)

The Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday battles were recently changed and are still relatively 'new' so I think that's why only Monday Tuesday and Wednesday were updated.

Also @Team.Videoslots how about this for the 31st, one night only, four hours of Happy Halloween 30 man sit and gos and chuck in a 10 man spooky thunderkick game as well (Bjork?)

higher wagering requirement of 500 per 2 weeks to qualify for this one off special.

They have been same for 5 months now Babushka is a traversty amongst games and does anyone really like it.

I don't see why they have to be the same games at the same times every week shuffling them around would help.

Why did you not join in the 1st hour.... its atm very hard to get a Price at a 1500FS battle because only the 1-120th are get a Price and when there are 1500+ people play -.-

It is a bit galling to lose a fortune at Videoslots then witness yet again that the math's for the free roll battles is all over the place. Early this morning a battle was a 6000 free spins one. The next was for 1500 if I recall correctly and with an hour to go it was closed. Now I find the latest one closed when there was near an hour to go of the battle. I also find it odd that some battles require you to achieve at least 150% rtp before you have any chance of obtaining 5 free spins yet in others an 80% rtp is enough.
Videoslots must have dished out a lot of free entries this weekend?

no it was a 3000 not 6000 , i have played nearly every battle this weekend and this is the first time i got a Winning Rank....

We can't all play in the first hour for example I arrive home from work at 6.30 so if I want to play a battle I have 15 mins left in an evening to join and there are always free spaces, at 10.30 on a sunday why should there not be enough spaces to still play?

Then I m really sorry m8 .... hope u understand me a little bit.. thats the 2nd or 3rd time ever i got rank 3 never get 1st and only one time 2nd and then this happened after 1000 of battlles trying that.... if this would happend at any other battle i would not have even post about it when im rank 100 or 150 -.-

I would not make fun of you having bad day and not having a chance at finishing 2nd. Merely making fun out of myself for how bad the battles have been:D
 
I would not have been said anything about a bad day or the weekend with not Rewards i would stick that with myself...

but this is 0,005% of the battles where i get top 3 and then this bullshit.
 
I understand how you feel and we are working to sort this issue as soon as possible, but the difference here would be that the issue you previously experienced affected your final results, but in this case it was just a visual glitch and I cannot compensate you for that.

To help you out VS. It is mainly a Netent problem. If you happen to hit the bonus round or free spins on your last spin it does not appear to register the result.

Had it happen several times in the battle weekends and a couple of times in freerolls. Not reported it as no big deal as never affected result much and won plenty rewards at battle weekends so losing a couple matters little.

But it is always last spin on Netent does not register so might be easier for them to find out why knowing that
 
I discussed with you 4 or 5 times by email now i m done wasting my Time and Emotions for nothing...

you dont want to understand me and can nothing do in this case you told me ok.... I think i have to be the Reason for this Glitch see the glitch its because of my PC or LCD .

@paul7388 This issue where the last spin is a feature in NetEnt should be resolved, and if you experience this issue please get in touch with us asap. Currently, the issue we have received reports about is a visual glitch after you have finished your last spin, the leaderboard does not update but the actual score is added and positions are updated accordingly. When these issues are reported we always manually go over the spins made to make sure that the player receives whatever price he has earned.

@robby811 I apologize if that is what you have taken away from this, should you want to discuss this further I believe the best thing would be to do so via e-mail so we can go over the details for this case.
