I don’t think it’s just me, but ANY SPINS won on Fortune Teller Charm 6 (I play the full six reels in Tournament) when issued and attempt to activate - I get an error code and I either forget about it or have go through the process of getting them issued different game.

Has something to do with stake, So that being said , with this “bug” been happening for months, is this a way to be sneaky with handing out spins ? Surely the time it takes to fix is more costly to @Team.Videoslots support vs just putting a game out that winning spins are automatically redeemable ?

There are many different types of issues that can occur with free spins, and in most cases these are caused by third party providers, which means there is often little we can do to resolve them directly.

That said, we are currently improving our AI bot to handle these situations more efficiently. The goal is for the bot to automatically identify eligible free spin related issues and offer replacement free spins without the need to contact a Customer Support agent.

This feature is still a work in progress, but once fully implemented it should significantly reduce waiting times and make resolving these issues much faster and smoother for our players.

We can confirm that we were able to replicate the same issue with Beavis & Butthead and we reported internally. However, we tested Diamond Mine and Lightning Strike Megaways, and both games appear to be working correctly on our side.

In the meantime, could you please try some basic troubleshooting steps, such as clearing your cache and cookies, using a different browser, or trying another device? If the issue persists, please let us know and provide as much detail as possible so we can investigate further.

Sorry my post was a bit confusing.
Diamond mine and lightning strike used to have the same error, but when i reported it to you guys you fixed it.
I only mentioned them now because its the same error with Beavis & Butthead.

There are no issues with Diamond mine and Lightning strike now.

Really hoping some better games get picked next week.

Fucking brutal battle monday and today.

13% RTP monday, 19% today.

Out of the 45 entres I did today I got less than half the expected amount of spins. Once again one of those rare 'once in 3 year you run this unlucky event' that I seem to hit every month or two. I would love to know when I'm going to see the inverse of this and go on a hot streak.

I know about RTP I'm not suggesting anything suspicious I was simply lamenting my poor luck lately both in terms of where I'm finishing in battles and the results from the spins themselves. At no point was it intended as a dig at yourselves.

But I'm sure we'd all appreciate if you changed up from the usual list of games

I won 25 freespins in the Temple tumble battle but was only able to play 3 or maybe 4 of them before i got the pop-up that tells you how much you won etc, and then the remaining spins just disappeared into nothingness
Never seen that kind of issue before.

I dont really care about the spins so cant be bothered talking to the AI support, just thought i would give a heads up that there might be something wonky with the rewards from that battle.

I know some games aren't great in battles or repeated a lot - but I'm of the stage now for a long while that it is what it is, I'll still play them if i have battle access and if i win something great.

I've had a couple of battle evenings where I wasn't expecting much but was surprised - I had a £70+ bonus on one battle evening reward, and ive made £15-20 twice now with rewards from the monkey game on one evening, and similar on the evening with a couple other games im not a fan of.

There's supposed to be 12 minute battles which is already way too long. Fucking insulting to have the batte finished after 5 minutes but then have to wait 19 minutes before it actually ends to be allowed to join another.

Yes I understand you don't want to lower/remove the 12 minute battles.

But that is not my point.

My point is that whenever the clock ticks to X:00 so 19:00, 20:00 etc for the first 10 minute battles don't seem to end properly randomly. The battle should not be active for 19 minutes. If it's only scheduled to run for 12 minutes it should be ending after 12 minutes, not extending for 7 minutes longer.

This is not an isolated case this happens every battle night and has done for months and months. I've brought it up on multiple occasions.

It's not just me that is affected by this, everyone will be getting this same issue.

It's because most slots aren't licensed in every jurisdiction and available to everyone around the world, so they have a limited pool to choose from, otherwise players would be opening up battles and finding the game doesn't load for them. Then they would sit in the lobby with 25 spins they can't play and everyone would be moaning like fuck about 'non-spinners'.

As for the battles not terminating on 12 minutes - it's because someone is in the middle of a bonus and the game needs to wait until it's finished before the score can be registered. Would you rather be booted out of the bonus when the timer reaches 00:00 and not have your points registered because that spin hasn't fully completed? I don't fucking think so...
