I have the same issue i pressed to use 5 free spins on mighty vikings and it has not worked. I also went into the game after and that has not triggered them,. Do i try the other 6 free spins on this game?

Getting the prizes wrong when adding a new battle is one thing, getting it wrong when 'fixing it' makes it seem intentional.

why exactly? the prizes are correct, the battle was in progress.

looking back through my battle history, three in a row have met this fate.

Setting up a battle must be waaay more complicated than i think it is.

They really are cheapskates. They never get it wrong the other way like 50p prizes. Prizes that don't pay out, less places and less value.

With this many players affected, they should automatically put the rewards into our accounts not expect us all to contact live chat to chase a few affected spins.
