Done that, was told tech would have to look into it, but still heard nothing. Still waiting for a response of where the 200 spin reward went as well that was on the 5th so over 2 weeks ago now.

I understand that you have had some major site bugs / issues to sort out lately but just how long should I wait for these to be resolved?

This is still on top of the "rise of anubis" broken feature and saying that the provider has released the broken bonus game round and give me nothing! didnt really help and the fact this happened in December! And still cannot open the game on any PC or mobile i have so appears to be account specific problem.

I have to admit with others that the overall CS at VS has definitely gone downhill lately

I've read the above about which trophies has rewards, and have contacted the team via e-mail, but there seems to be miscommunication.So I am going to ask out here. Should there not be rewards behind any of these?

What is frustrating me is that the team keeps looking at when I finished all my trophies yesterday, and I have clearly said more than once via email and chat...no! These are new trophies. Even they have said above when I posted the picture, that there were prizes in the ones shown. Then why dont you go and look at why I am not getting prizes for those ones that I have shown? It should be so simple, right? But no, it keeps going back to yesterdays finishing of them all. I'm heading out soon.

I thought this had been fixed long time ago. The TRTP listed in payouts page was wrong for most MG games.
But this was corrected, or so I thought. This is what is listed now as TRTP in your page and inside the game Bikini Party.
Are you using the wrong 98% TRTP when you calculated the XP points?

The same applies to furballs, the game says 87.88% - 97.94% based on progression so i suppose this complicates it a bit, but it does take a LOT of play to level up, most players will be playing at 87.88% and I doubt anybody has fully leveled up to 97.94%.

VS payouts page says 97.7% (fun fact: lifetime actual RTP on this game at VS is 85.7%)

I went in chat with them after that. I have 3 rewards sitting from yesterday, not used. Those are from finishing up. I got 4 rewards all together. They keep referring to the red wheel and the one outside the red wheel from yesterday. Not these ones.

But those ones they told you you got a reward from one of them. That is probably one of the rewards you have sitting as you do not get 4 rewards when you finish up.

in 2018 it was "Weekend Booster is calculated on theoretical RTP minus operating costs (50%) multiply 25%. "

and before that they only mentioned 25% of profits (was at that time around 15% of house edge). So it has been cut 2 times.

Considering that this is one of their most advertised "perks" I think one could expect the reps to have a clue about it instead of just saying it hasn't changed when everyone can see it.

And for example my own cb/wb during years:
2016 0,53% of wagering
2017 0,56%
2018 0,43%
2019 0,37% (with a high amount of boosters)

The trophies shown are gemix, i think.The 4 wins in a row is too easy to get so i dont think there is a trophy for that,
but would have thought the 750 wins in a day had one, i know how long it can take to achieve that, did it twice a couple
of weeks ago, but really wasnt worth the effort.Think as as others have said its just not worth chasing trophies,they happen
when they happen, all you can do is just hope for a good spin.

I agree. That 750 wins took me 7 months, and yesterday it took an hour, maybe less.

If you complete the win xxx/day achievements the same day you reset it you will get them "again". If you don't reset it the same day it wont work., at least it used to work that way.
Used to do it on Bonanza as it gave a nice chunk of rewards (with old system) on top of the complete all.

Furballs is under "jackpot games"-section so it should'nt wager any XP-points.

I simply hate it when they try to mislead players by blatantly lying. It is clear from your example that the Weekend booster pays less than previous years.

When affiliates were screwed, they said the same : 'Nothing Changed'

We had a complaint about a customer that claim we didn't give that and had a review by MGA on it and it actually showed we gave more than advertised, however after a lot of feedback from players we made a formula so players can calculate themselves. Weekend booster has actually increased as we give more than 25% of our profits.

But yes our profits are less than before.

are affiliate payments included in operational costs?
For example, if I sign up through an affiliate, and you are paying them 30% rev share, then is that taken of your profits for the purpose of weekend booster?
What operational costs have increased, as you seem to have decreased a lot of things to take many of them into account.
