I think you triggered the Blue wheel. The blue and the green wheel have lowest value. If you completed all trophies in one game it can take up to 8 hours before the red wheel is triggered. Please check your account again.

It's cost me €105 to just get 413xp.

But you didn't level up. You just manage to clear the trophies for a game.
The level up one will come when you reach level 100. It can't be that far away now.
