@Team.Videoslots - Just a friendly question for ya. Why am I keep getting targeted pretty much every 2 weeks and bombarded with emails saying Keep It Fun. And responsible gaming related emails?

I reply every single time saying exactly the same thing every single time?

So why on earth do they keep doing this? Surely once a player has responded they should then be put into a Do not contact group for X number of months surely?

I am 100% totally happy with what I deposit and lose and I always keep it fun. So it is frustrating and annoying me that every 2 weeks without fail I get yet another email with the same subjects?

Please can you put an end to this practise of pestering and bombarding players. It just makes me feel very uncomfortable and frustrated. I already stated in the replies and now in this post that I am 100% happy with the level at which I deposit and play etc etc. So what more is needed to be said and done?

If they do continue it might make me feel about playing elsewhere. As they really are getting a bit annoying.

I can totally understand you have to send them as a operator to players. But As I said. Yes send them once. And once they have replied and answered the concerns they should then be put into a category of do not contact again for an X period of time.

In my case they obviously do not do that. And they keep pestering me every 2 weeks.

I'm going by your posts - if you don't like the responses to your posts, it may well have to with publicly airing your posts for everyone to comment upon.

But that is not the point. I never see other members get attacked like I do on here? Apart from new members who signup here with different motives. Those usually get found out pretty fast. But that is beside the point.

I am forever getting my posts totally taken out of all proportions. I speak my mind YES. And so does many others? So why on earth is it that it is always me that always gets backlash? I can not win either way. I speak my mind and I get attacked or belittled. My posts get contradicted.

I never once said I do not like replies. And I accept criticism when that criticism is not said in such a way I saw that comment or reply in an attacking way or tone. And I respect opinions by others, and I would expect that I should be seen the same light. People may or may not agree with things I say, but for members to somehow always for some reason always target me alone is getting soo tiresome.

Life is too short as it is. And it is unfair that I have to be dealing with this for posting my views and feelings and then to get backlash pretty much all the time on this forum. Is just not fair at all.

Now I am off again. Radio Silence again by me..................

I really do not get it either. CM has policies for this type of thing, but yet it does not get enforced? And yet it seems to thrive. And members get away with it and it is getting worse and worse.

So why have policies and rules if they are not enforced?

I thought the idea of reps on CM was just to help out if there's a problem that can't be dealt with by CS, or hasn't been dealt with properly by CS?

Why not just do what the VS reps will tell you to do, 95% of the time..... "Can you please send this in an e-mail to [email protected]"

One thing is for sure though is. There does seem to be a culture of bullying on CM And mods and staff seem to allow it to continue and thrive. Which is such a shame and is unfair to those members who are forever always on the receiving end of that abuse. Could it be down to the fact that they attack those members who do not attend the CM meets? Or for other reasons entirely? I got no idea. But something is afoot and the amount of members I have hidden on this forum, is growing more and more every time. Which is such a great shame indeed.

Don't feel that way. I was going to tell you that it's nice to see that you have started to treat the VS Team with some respect here. That's great.
You do however still ask maybe a bit too much from other reps which is why Dionysus reacted.

Slow down and breath a little. I believe you will get over this too and there is no bullying so stop saying that please :)

Well CS don't sort this out as I told them I had no problems and got the same email a few weeks later. So I ignored it.
Funnily enough both emails came on weeks where I had played less than usual. If I were cynical I might think they were using RG as an excuse to remind players they are still there in the hope they might deposit. I'm expecting another one soon as I've spent hardly anything over the past 2 weeks there.

Yes VS have always had a great presence on CM and it is a godsend to have. Dan started it and now @Team.Videoslots team of people which are actually the games department now deal with CM so it is multiple people.

Whereas in the past it was pretty much just Dan the man. Who was an amazing guy and rep. Yes I hold my hands up I do sometimes come across a bit impatient and a bit harsh at times. But I always say sorry afterwards. And I have saw much worse from other members. But I always respect and speak to reps in a nice manner. Always have. If anything it is members on here who misunderstood how my posts was worded maybe that could be down to different countries cultures and what certain statements mean in terms of how it is said and how it comes across. Everyone is individual. Forums can be difficult at times. As especially when there is members from different countries around the world.

And to finally answer your point again. Yes I agree reps should be here to deal with Player Issues where CS can not help or are to slow in sorting it out. Sometimes reps can get things done much faster than CS ever can. Yes GDPR has somehow slowed down and in some cases gave casino Reps cause to just reply via PM that says please contact CS etc etc. But VS found a work around, and they created a special email address just for CM members to contact. Which is amazing that VS chose to do this. They did not have to. But I think they wanted to follow in Dan's footsteps and keep the same presence that Dan had after they taken over from him. :)

My hats always come off to VS reps they are if not the best reps on CM by far.......
 
The weekend booster used to be 0,40 % (of wagered money) extra cash, but at the end of 2018, this decreased by 10 % to 0,36 %. If the amount of the weekend booster also depends on the costs VS has, how can this amount get even 10 % lower when there was such at insane cutting down (Race got replaced by clash of spins, decreased amount of free spins in free battles, changed the requirements for SNGs) (And I am playing the same slots, most of the time at least)?

If it is any consolation I have never had any luck on BF slots lol. I played them at Energy Casino. 95% of them eat balances instantly fast. Some are similar to Novomatic/Greentube But are slightly different though. And some different concepts. Some are similar to Net Ent. Like a partial clone of Gonzos Quest. Some are enjoyable to play though. I would still welcome them at VS though.

So good suggestion @Nicola :)
