Videoslots - Newly Accredited

Your welcome. I am more a total addict, that is for sure lol :D

Thanks, I'm a level 3 newbie :p

I guess like most other casinos, the rewards (free spins) get a higher coin value as you climb? The current 10p starburst, 9p dead or alive spins are a bit annoying - but at least wager free!

Nope all rewards are the same value for everyone, regardless but maybe the new VIP loyalty system that will be rolling out in the next month or so will address that issue and maybe the rewards will be better for the VIP customers. I hope so anyway. :)

Wait until you are trying to do level 21. That is a killer. it it a huge jump in how much that level takes. That 1 level alone taken me nearly 6 months to do and the reward you get for it is 100 spins on Gonzos Quest at 0.20p stake. So a value of £20 for wagering basically £210,000, not great lol So many people complained about it as well lol.

Can someone explain the XP at VS? Its it the amount I wager or the number of trophies I win? Sorry newbie to VideoSlots :p

The new changes from the VS site:

Update on how to earn XP (Experience Points):
You earn XP for every bet you make on our Slots and Video Slots, except Progressive Jackpot games.

How much XP you earn per € 1 wagered is based on a specific game's RTP (return to players), a game with 96% RTP gives you 1 XP, a game with 95% RTP contributes 125% to the XP giving you 1.25 XP, while a game with 97% RTP contributes 75% giving you 0.75 XP for every € 1 wagered.

Every 0.01% over 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% less (max 75%) contribution to the XP. Every 0.01% under 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% extra (max 75%) to the contribution of the XP. You can find all games' RTPs on this page, please select “Theoretical” view of the RTP and not “Actual” view.

Examples:

  1. Gonzo's Quest has a 96% RTP so it contributes 100% to the XP. So, if you wager € 20 on Gonzo’s Quest, this will give you 20 XP.
  2. Starburst has a 96.1% RTP so it contributes 97.5% to the XP. So, if you wager € 20 on Starburst, this will give you 19.5 XP.
  3. Irish Eyes 2 has a 95% RTP so it contributes 125% to the XP. So, if you wager € 20 on Irish Eyes 2, this will give you 25 XP.
No game can contribute less than 25% or more than 175% to earn 1 XP.

So basically this also means that to complete the € 500 wagering requirement to enter a Freeroll Battle, you would need to collect 500 XP. So from now on you can keep track how many XP you earn to know when you can enter a Freeroll Battle.

Yeah which was pretty much the same rate I said above as well :). I always was told it is basically around 1 XP point per £1 wagered When I spoke to Jonathan in loyalty on the phone numerous times, I recall one of those phone calls we had a discussion about it. And he did explain it was basically 1 XP point for every £1 wagered :) If these are the new changes then it means it is pretty much the same as it has always been. As in the long term it will all even out if you mixed playing slots with lower or higher RTP. So on average you will still be earning 1xp point per £1 wagered :D :)

Ahhh I miss the old days and conversations with Jonathon. I would lose 2k in a weekend and ask him for a deposit bonus to try and grind my way out of a cold run. He was in awe that I would dare ask because I got a whopping $40 in cashback the week prior. :)

Yep hahaha. His handouts was few and far between for me as well. He said my bonus value was always far greater than his 10% cut off lol. All he was able to give was those worthless multiplier ones.

EDIT: And not to mention his favourite line he always said every single time. I follow rules and directives set by my managers hahaha, yet he was the Manager and head of the loyalty team hahaha. Pretty funny :D Not sure if he still works at VS but he was still a nice guy, enjoyed the long chats we had on the phone on occasions. some phone-calls sometimes went on for about an hour lol we just kept chatting about random shit :D

When Dan and Jonathon were part of Videoslots, Videoslots was the cream of the crop, since then there sliding in popularity and hope the new VIP system they put in place is worthy in something to talk about. They have a way to make things look like there giving lots but in reality they treat there loyalty players very poor compared when Jonathan and Dan was there. When you have something in place that works well why change it. Cutting back to try to increase profit only increases customers depositing less so who is really losing here.

Why are you aware what happened to Jonathan? Does he still work there? I have not had an email or any correspondents from him in many many months. I hope he is ok though.

But yeah well I would not even say the old Loyalty system was great. The sheer fact that 95% of the time we emailed Jonathan in Loyalty to review our accounts they replied and usually said We are sorry but on this occasion we can not provide anything but we can give you some multipliers. That is the same reply I had 95% of the time. Out of the countless emails I sent about once every 2 weeks too. I was lucky to get something once every 6 months. Usually it was just some freespins at min bet but they usually let me pick the slot. So I obviously picked a slot with 50 lines, like Jack Hammer 2 most of the time. Then rarely I would be offered a VIP cash bonus. I never had anything more than £50 either. And considering how much I deposited it is nothing. So it was not great what so ever in my eyes. I had far better at other casinos and I hardly deposit at them like I do at videoslots. But yet I stick with them as the main sticking points for me is the fact withdraws are basically instant. And the huge game selection. Battles etc etc.

I do agree they have taken a route recently that appears like they are totally making huge cuts and loads of businesses do it. When they overstretched themselves. I think it might have had something to do with those freeroll weekends. I think maybe they gave a small fortune out on them. Take into account the fact that we also went about 2 or 3 months when there was no freeroll weekends what so ever. Then they got rid of the races and replaced the races with the clashes of spins. They keep making the freespins now all on 10p spin slots for achievements. very very rarely I get rewards for achievements on slots with value higher than 0.10p spins. Most times now it is always usually 5 or 10 spins as well. Then comes the freeroll weekends when they do happen, 9 out of 10 times they are always on slots that have 0.10p spins on them too. Cutbacks need to happen I understand. But customers should still always come first. We are what keep you in business, you should still try and look after us. You was doing soo good, then recently your starting to fail. I really do hope that the new loyalty system will be better than the old email based system it is replacing.

I also heard that there will be a new website makeover incoming as well? I heard about that a few months ago though. I wonder if that loyalty system will be rolled out at the same time as the new website makeover? I suspect it might well be. The current site is not Responsive design. So I suspect the new site will be and I also suspect the new design will be far more user friendly. Also I was told they should hopefully be fixing that issue where when you use the slot filter by provider drop down, that when you click on a slot and it opens and click the back button or close the page, it resets the filter and you then have to select the slot provider yet again every single time. I was told that this was requested soo many times and the new design should fix this, lets hope so anyway haha :)

Wow soo many long posts today :) I must be in one of those really talkative moods today :D

Normal service resumes tomorrow perhaps? :D :D

the website design was outdated when it was launched! However it does work well, most the time. So many annoying spelling mistakes and stupid little things that could be fixed easily, like after a battle where you get the pop up telling you you won 21th prize etc. There were literally hundreds of spelling mistakes at once point, I pointed some out to them, but 3-4 months later when I checked and not one had been changed, I thought fuck them, they can't be bothered to fix them, wasn't going to waste my time finding them for them.
VIP have never been valued, but thats common knowledge from the plethora of posts here and elsewhere complaining about what people were being given.
Hopefully all that changes in the current months, but please keep the clash of the spins the same as I love getting zero for 2 weeks in a row, means it pisses me off enough to play at Casumo etc instead :D

Cutting overheads, to remain viable in the current market, is totally different to maximising profit

I think they know what they do.

I don't see companies today in gambling industry that give really generous rewards in current market conditions.

I got 10 spins for wagering 2k last week, 5 on Viking runecraft paid 10p and 5 on Da Vinci's diamonds that won't work, that's still 10 more spins than I got the week before for wagering a similar amount. Now I'm gonna put a deposit limit on, first time I've ever done that.

I got some spins so I'm pleased. Unfortunately I can't play them all because Thunderkick won't work for me with free spins. Anyone else having that problem?
I assume it's a Swedish thing since they did a downgrade the other day for slow spins on these games too. Awful!
I guess I will get those spins sometime when they have fixed the problem....

Last year my deposits were £4485 for 1st Jan to 18 Feb
This year they are £428 for the same period.

0 spins for wagering £2k in a week, zero loyalty appreciation from Videoslots. Hope the small amount of race winnings I would have had has been worth the £4k less I deposited for you Videoslots ;)

50 FS in total (10 x 5FS)

15 in Pink Elephants, 10 in Sakura Fortune, 5 in Legacy of Egypt, 5 in Black Widow, 5 in Reactoonz, 5 in Wolf Gold and 5 in Cleopatra.

RAGE factor was kicking in big time, along with negative and foil hat comments galore, UNTIL I did the Cleoptra spins (last) :p :o

Just had a look at my deposits over the same period.

01/01/18 - 19/02/18, £180 deposited, £1300 withdrawn.

01/01/19 - 19/02/19, £1250 deposited, £2600 withdrawn.

I also checked my overall deposits and withdrawals from when I first joined VS, £8559 deposited, £15770 withdrawn, so I shouldn't really complain about anything.

mine was almost a quarter of a million in wagering last year and a loss of £8.5k

Mine are as follows:

£ 72,447.60

£ -8,280.93
Net

Mine was £101k wagered and £1.2k loss. £101k is a hell of a lot of 20p spins, I think I need to gain some self control, I've been depositing way too much recently.

I got some freespins on Thunderkick games also, but they worked fine.

Thanks, then it seems that I'm the problem...as usual :p
It's not the first time it have happened. It's been an ongoing issue since they changed the currency for me. They do fix it between the updates though.
I just wished they would remember between each time what the problem was.

Hi guys, I don't get my spins for another two hours, and was checking the site. Have you not implemented a way you can check on the spins you have won from Clash of Spins over a given period yet, much like you can when looking up the Weekend Booster?
Would be nice to know what is coming..... purely cosmetic, but would be a great feature to have

Cheers I fired and email over to them see if they can shed some light on this mystery token.

edit: not sure what they did but they are now showing up on the game 'Legacy of the wild'
