Thanks, I'm a level 3 newbie
I guess like most other casinos, the rewards (free spins) get a higher coin value as you climb? The current 10p starburst, 9p dead or alive spins are a bit annoying - but at least wager free!

Can someone explain the XP at VS? Its it the amount I wager or the number of trophies I win? Sorry newbie to VideoSlots![]()
The new changes from the VS site:
Update on how to earn XP (Experience Points):
You earn XP for every bet you make on our Slots and Video Slots, except Progressive Jackpot games.
How much XP you earn per € 1 wagered is based on a specific game's RTP (return to players), a game with 96% RTP gives you 1 XP, a game with 95% RTP contributes 125% to the XP giving you 1.25 XP, while a game with 97% RTP contributes 75% giving you 0.75 XP for every € 1 wagered.
Every 0.01% over 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% less (max 75%) contribution to the XP. Every 0.01% under 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% extra (max 75%) to the contribution of the XP. You can find all games' RTPs on this page, please select “Theoretical” view of the RTP and not “Actual” view.
Examples:
No game can contribute less than 25% or more than 175% to earn 1 XP.
- Gonzo's Quest has a 96% RTP so it contributes 100% to the XP. So, if you wager € 20 on Gonzo’s Quest, this will give you 20 XP.
- Starburst has a 96.1% RTP so it contributes 97.5% to the XP. So, if you wager € 20 on Starburst, this will give you 19.5 XP.
- Irish Eyes 2 has a 95% RTP so it contributes 125% to the XP. So, if you wager € 20 on Irish Eyes 2, this will give you 25 XP.
So basically this also means that to complete the € 500 wagering requirement to enter a Freeroll Battle, you would need to collect 500 XP. So from now on you can keep track how many XP you earn to know when you can enter a Freeroll Battle.
. I always was told it is basically around 1 XP point per £1 wagered When I spoke to Jonathan in loyalty on the phone numerous times, I recall one of those phone calls we had a discussion about it. And he did explain it was basically 1 XP point for every £1 wagered
If these are the new changes then it means it is pretty much the same as it has always been. As in the long term it will all even out if you mixed playing slots with lower or higher RTP. So on average you will still be earning 1xp point per £1 wagered

Ahhh I miss the old days and conversations with Jonathon. I would lose 2k in a weekend and ask him for a deposit bonus to try and grind my way out of a cold run. He was in awe that I would dare ask because I got a whopping $40 in cashback the week prior.![]()
Not sure if he still works at VS but he was still a nice guy, enjoyed the long chats we had on the phone on occasions. some phone-calls sometimes went on for about an hour lol we just kept chatting about random shit
When Dan and Jonathon were part of Videoslots, Videoslots was the cream of the crop, since then there sliding in popularity and hope the new VIP system they put in place is worthy in something to talk about. They have a way to make things look like there giving lots but in reality they treat there loyalty players very poor compared when Jonathan and Dan was there. When you have something in place that works well why change it. Cutting back to try to increase profit only increases customers depositing less so who is really losing here.

I must be in one of those really talkative moods today

Hello again,
Issues with Quickspin, Microgaming and Push Gaming should now be resolved. Please let us know if you should experience any further technical difficulties.

Hello Tirilej,

Its no biggie, those names are no secret and appear at the bottom of e-mails when messaging videoslotsteam@video......
Can't wait for my CoS later. Wagered at least £300 a day, every day last week sooooo excited![]()
I have a bad feeling....

I got 10 spins for wagering 2k last week, 5 on Viking runecraft paid 10p and 5 on Da Vinci's diamonds that won't work, that's still 10 more spins than I got the week before for wagering a similar amount. Now I'm gonna put a deposit limit on, first time I've ever done that.

Last year my deposits were £4485 for 1st Jan to 18 Feb
This year they are £428 for the same period.
0 spins for wagering £2k in a week, zero loyalty appreciation from Videoslots. Hope the small amount of race winnings I would have had has been worth the £4k less I deposited for you Videoslots![]()
mine was almost a quarter of a million in wagering last year and a loss of £8.5kJust had a look at my deposits over the same period.
01/01/18 - 19/02/18, £180 deposited, £1300 withdrawn.
01/01/19 - 19/02/19, £1250 deposited, £2600 withdrawn.
I also checked my overall deposits and withdrawals from when I first joined VS, £8559 deposited, £15770 withdrawn, so I shouldn't really complain about anything.
IIRC more expenses -- having to pay more to the UKGC + Swedish License.Just wondering what was the reasoning behind switching race winnings to clash of spins?
Officially.
Team videoslots?
Maybe I missed a post. Sorry.

Lets Flame the Sweds then ???

I got some spins so I'm pleased. Unfortunately I can't play them all because Thunderkick won't work for me with free spins. Anyone else having that problem?
I assume it's a Swedish thing since they did a downgrade the other day for slow spins on these games too. Awful!
I guess I will get those spins sometime when they have fixed the problem....
I got some freespins on Thunderkick games also, but they worked fine.

It's more likely they're trying to cover the £1m penalty imposed by the UKGCCutting overheads, to remain viable in the current market, is totally different to maximising profit
