Yeah, have to partly agree there. 'Picky' as this may be, I'd play Jurassic World a LOT more if the game had sound. Have to have volume with every session, when those big wins do finally come, audio makes all the difference to my "buzz"

I just tried it in Demo using Firefox and it doesnt have sound for me either, very odd. I kinda doubt that they will pull the slot soon though, its relatively new.. Jurassic Park still has sound too so that would be pretty odd, likely a bug/issue?Oh at least I am not alone then about Jurassic World slot not having sound? As long as you are using the VPN for the location you signed up with, there should not be any issues at all
Regarding your sound issues, I can confirm the same issue in Jurassic World and I have raised it with Microgaming. If the Greentube issues only occur in Google Chrome I believe it might be some setting that is acting up for you, testing myself the sound works in all the mentioned games with Chrome.
Regarding Rabbit in the Hat, that game has currently been retired as it is an old Flash game, but I will contact Microgaming and see if there is any HTML5 version available, along with Dolphin Coast.

It is on the other hand good that @Team.Videoslots has now alerted Microgaming about the issue. So I am now hopefully sure it will get fixed soonish. Lets hope so anyway lol

Maybe they moved the audio resources for some reason and forgot about it or its some issue with the Browser like @Jono777 said..Yeah but it is still strange how it did just stop working all of a sudden. I do recall it did sometimes work on and off the sound. Some days it worked and other days it did not work. Not is just does not work at all what so ever for many many months lol. Lets wait and see if MG finally fix it.
On a separate note: Phantom of the Opera slot? When you sometimes spin on that slot. at random the spin button totally greys out and you can no longer spin? You have to basically reload the slot every time it does it. Sometimes it does it every 10-20 spins. Sometimes it doesn't do it at all and you can have a full session on it without the bug happening. It is pretty frustrating. MG do have some buggy slots lately. It is like kids are making them lol
Regarding Jurassic World...
IIRC, the 'bug' has been around since day 1. First 2-3 spins would be silent, then the sound effects would kick in. Had a thought to try it where I thought the sound does work and I was right! - 32 Red viper has full sound effects so the plot thickens but would think again a browser issue of some sort

I cannot say exactly what setting might cause this, perhaps you have some addon or adblocker that interferes? My suggestion would be to delete Chrome completely, then re-install it and see if that help. Otherwise, send an e-mail to [email protected] and we can pick it up from there.
The change from flash to HTML is something that will happen to all content available as Flash is being phased out and will not be supported, regarding when we take them down it is all about when the provider asks us to remove them. Will see if we can get it back soon.
Currently, we are not able to offer Konami slots to all regions, but we are working on a solution for that. Once we have it, we will make sure to announce it for you all

lol, I am not trying to encourage you to play there, I said earlier myself, most of my time is spent as VS, that is where 95% of my deposits go to!
I was trying to simply say that the sound works there, does not mean I am going to deposit there just because one out of a long list of games I play has volume
Was trying to help you identify the loss of sound issue that's all, discovered it works there, which as I said before suggests it could be a browser issue where the sound files are missing but included as part of the download?
I know they are going to be obsolete which is moot really as it was always coming and rare I venture there anyway these days. VS has all the games I need and JW having no sound is minor in comparison to all the other positives which I commit my loyalty to receiving.
But the thing is I do not use or play at 32Red anymore. I used to for many years in the downloadable client. Reason I stopped was mainly when they got new management, Stopped weekend cashouts. Goodwill bonuses became obsolete. So thus that is why I stopped playing their. I mentioned it many times as to my reasons in previous 32red threads as well lol.
Also the fact they had 2 sets of batches in weekdays they processed withdraws in. If you requested a withdrawal a few minutes before the second batch gets paid for that day, you then had to wait until the next day. Not sure if they still do those 2 batches per day. I suspect they still do.
Those feelings will not change. Only time they will change is if they bring back weekend cashouts etc etc. But by that time. I guarantee that those downloadable MG clients will be obsolete and no longer usable. That is my opinion anyway.
Just one correction here. They never got new management, until they were bought up by the Kindred group, and even then it took a while, and some are still there.

Yep as @Jono777 said it is based on money wagered. So every spin you do counts towards it. What ever stake it is at. I think it works out as 1 point for every £1 wagered. So my current level is
