Same reason they send out a battle roll ticket to people who have already qualified. Maybe I don’t know how battle roll tickets work but if I’ve wagered enough don’t I automatically get to play in the battles? YeT I always receive a ticket that I never use cuz I’m already playing the battles.

I just figured, if some things get sent to some people based on various factors and targeting, sending out out a mailer to a large group specifically not targeted would be much easier fix.

But you are not the only one who works there, and the fact I have to talk to several people each time and each issue drag out over a whole day is time consuming for me too.
One of you have no idea what have happened before or who have told what.

I'm simply tired of it and that was all I wanted to say. From now on I will either turn to support or ignore the issues I have.

Do you have any plans to fix this issue with rewards from Thunderkick's games? No point for me to send any email since it would take the whole day to solve it, but in case anyone of you are interested the issue is still there.

Why do you need evidence of a card I last used months ago for an account I no longer have despite sending photos of the card I use now ,passports, driving license and utility bills ..clearly I am who I say I am and would like the ability to withdraw some winnings before I just end up playing through it all

You are still doing an investigation about why they don't work. You have done that several time this week so I hope you let me know when it's working again.

I had to do that when I didn't have the card anymore, usually I statement of you using that old card for a deposits showing the last 4 digits works. It worked for me and I'm sure VS will work it out with t

According to someone of you the issue with Thunderkick was solved but not with my account. Since it's my account your trying to fix then just let me know when it's done please.
