Any news on my broken game of over 3 months, you got the provider to release the stuck feature game round, and even tho i was given nothing for the lost feature, it still wont load at all stuck on 0% on the loading page, and yes i have cleared all you have asked its clearly an account issue and i cant get it to load on any device from my account. No, i have the language set to german so i get German notifications.
Just saying that the Notification for the Race hasnt been updated yet, it still shows for example "Du hast Platz 200 im wöchentlichen Rennen erreicht. Glückwunsch" or something along those lines which translates to "You have reached #200 in the Weekly Race. Congratulations." -- which should be updated for the new Clash of Spins since those replaced the Race

Playing $10 a spin, would only of been getting you 8 points a spin.

Not sure how it would promote, problematic gambling, seeing as betting $2 a spin gets you the same and 20 cents gets you 1 point 40 cents 2 ect.

I wouldn't judge it so quick.

First, quite a number of players complained about having to wait a week to get race winnings. The new Clash of Spins potentially gives you rewards more than once a day.

Second, the current races are only the first phase. We don't know what kind of prize pools the other two types will have. They are equalized races, hence, you can win them on a €0.20 bet. While the current Clash races favour mid-rollers as they get more points per spin, the other two types are a fair competition for everyone.

Third, the Clash of Spins is a far more flexible concept where VS can do special races at any time.

Overall, I don't think the big guys & gals who were regularly in the top10 of the weekly race are too much bothered as a few hundred bucks in race winnings was not more than a fraction of their weekly deposits / wagers. I remember when i placed in the Top10 once, it cost me $7K.

Plus, the normal players who would get $5 - $25 in race winnings won't see much difference either. They will have a similar overall amount over a week from the FS they win in the Clash races, it just won't be in a single amount.

150 in deposits will get you $2 - 3 in race winnings if you are unlucky and of course more if you manage to hang on and wager a lot. But so will then the amount of FS increase that you win in the Clash races.

Over time, the 5 FS will give you $10 or more on a lucky day.

Hence, why I said, overall the difference won't be that significant. It changes though from a reliable amount every Monday to a "maybe" reward based on how your sessions go and what the FS rewards will pay.

Is anyone else having issues after The responsible gaming change yesterday? I had a daily loss limit of £200 previously. The system now shows a daily limit of £200, a weekly limit of £200 and a monthly limit of £800. I’ve contacted chat who advised they would escalate it as it should have changed to 200, 1400, 5600. I think COS is a very interesting concept and well designed - rolling leaderboards that you don't even need to register for. Overall it won't be as lucrative for the player as the weekly race, but then online sites are feeling the pinch so this is a good alternative. What might set it into a different class would be if the free spins could be used on a slot with a progressive jackpot, just to give players the feeling that they could hit something massive with those spins, rather than dribbling them away on some low variance offering and effectively trading them in for cash at 0.96 value or whatever RTP% the slot has. I'd like to see VS have its own dedicated slot on the site that has one or more progressive jackpots. Players can play it with real money like any normal slot, or free spins for that game can be won on the site from COS/trophies/achievements or whatever and used. This way you're steering players into that game for the chance of decent prizes, and it wouldn't be long before someone plays some free spins off and hits something big, all from simply playing their favourite games as normal essentially, and earning free spins on the back of it.

I very much doubt it cost them close to 90k a week, considering most prizes were under the withdrawal limit, so most people would play the money.
In all honesty the races didn't do anything for me, and this first stage of clash of the spins means even less.
