I only play slots, no jackpots, tables or video poker.
Had some horrid sessions, like dropping AU$5K (5 - $10 bets) and winning not much more than AU$1650. A woefully bad 33% RTP.

People have been saying this for ages though. The casino is aimed at new players and low rollers, always has been.
They're not going to change.

Received a plethora of rewards on lower XP levels. But the higher I climbed, the more deposited, the less in loyalty received. Can't do anything about it (it is what it is), so no point continuing to bitch and moan. I enjoy playing slots, but I've heavily reduced my deposits. Instead of max bets being €5 - €10, they're now €1 or less.

Since drastically reducing my bet sizes, I've had 3 withdrawals in the last week. Average €500 each. Not huge but relative to me bet sizes, they'll all good

Lots of people noticed removal or serious reduction of rewards, none have noticed any positive changes. Since apparently the total value is similar maybe you can name a reward that's actually increased to compensate for all the reductions?

Looks like they have lowered rewards again. Few weeks ago I got 75 free spins when completed all trophys in viking runecraft. That was already lowered reward because the early days it was 100 free spins or something. Now I completed all again got 50 free spins. 10 000 wins trophy was also lowered. Few weeks ago it was 50 free spins now only 35 free spins. What next time? 25 free spins for completing all? Oh man this is totally wrong way VS.

Made contact with live chat. The guts of that convo, came down to this: "Yes, it has come to our attention that you are playing with a VPN from there."

Responded in kind saying: ummmm it seems lots of Aussies are using VPN's to deposit and play, why I am any different? No reply.

Wish they treated their VIP players like they did a few years back. All these achievement rewards are ok but starting become (Yawn) although the weekend booster and casino race are good, they need to change things up once in a while. I would rather receive BD/Xmas gifts/bonus and a few awards throughout the year for my loyalty rather than trying to chase a handful of free spins daily. Maybe have a bonus wheel when you finish an achievement to spin for a prize or something. I miss the times when you use to get an email out of the blue from the loyalty team to thank you for your loyalty with some really nice rewards and without asking for it. Before you felt that you were a part of Videoslots family, now I think most of us feel as we're just a number the one on one has disappeared.

In saying this there still an outstanding outfit just wish they bring back how they use to do things. When it's not broken why fix it!!

Hi @Team.Videoslots is there any specific reason that i cant see and play some of the slots that i have played before like from Red tiger gaming i dont have dragons fire any more or that fox slot from them i have atm 60 slots from them, also same with merkur i am missing night of the Werewolf, smart restart etc all the new ones (i have old ones).
Regarding DHV from BTG (i reported to them also), there is some issue with bonus, when it ends it double the amount og bonus and on next spin it goes back to normal.

I noticed this the other day and it is still there so you need to revert to the desktop version instead of mobile. I use desktop verison to play battles

When you log in using desktop version it will revert automatically to mobile you have to the reselect the link from google search to get desktop back

Nope. This happens to me too on my iPad. I use safari. All the time. I have to click it another time for it to go to my profile page.

It is true, I have to click twice on my pc too, and I suspect there is something here that causes this, I only had this problem until a few months ago. I can switch to desktop mode, but that defeats the purpose.

I've seen people asking about this in this thread quite a bit and don't think I've seen this way mentioned. I was getting peed off at enabling flash all the time, so had a look through the flags.

To stop getting the flash error when using chrome, type into chrome

chrome://flags/

then search flash and change the flag in blue to disabled. You will have to allow flash the first time you play each game but afterwards it shouldn't reset every time you end the browser session.

Hope that helps people

Just also to add, google are making it harder and harder to use flash so this method will likely stop working in a future update.

So I have just attempted to make a deposit on VS since the changeover to Euro wiped everything only to receive the attached.

When i email support I have apparently logged into my account from a restricted country! Australians all use VPN to access VS and without warning I can no longer deposit and play?

What's the point of switching Aussies over to euro and allowing VPN connections only to block from depositing?
