I would like to know if there is any player who not constantly have to press the OK button, because as I've also have mentioned before, it has nothing to do with cookies+cache, we need to press it anyway almost every single time.
As an example if I am logged in but go to other pages then go back after half an hour I am still logged in but I have to press that button again anyway.
I still haven't cleared my cookies and cache for at least two months now and I still have to do it. It's irritating but I survive since I've got use to all odd things happening there.

Sorry but you aren't correct with that, I get it every time I open the page after switching the computer on, and quite often if I have just closed the browser for a couple of hours. I have even checked the cookie and it is there, and I haven't cleared cookies or cache. Other people report the same problem so it isn't just me. It hasn't always done this so its something you have done.

I use chrome and I only need to press the OK when I open the browser for first time.

If the cookie is set properly then you should only have to do it the very first time you open videoslots in the browser, not everytime you open it.

@Team.Videoslots which cookie causes the warning to pop up? Is it the session ID?

I played the last freeroll and have had my browser up since then. I tried several times to open VS and didn't have to click on that x.
Closed my browser and opened it again, went to VS and had to click it again, so every time I open chrome. Strange eh?

Then we have that other issue with emails. I was told by Bryan in August that you were working with him to fix a way so we wouldn't have to send emails but would be able to use just pm's like with every other casino in here..

To make sure we do not breach any GDPR rules we still request the e-mails. We are working on a fix for this issue but I'm afraid we do not have a date for when it will be fixed yet.

I wish I could trust you, but I lost that faith in you after the ''rep-issue''. I've been gone a few months and I believe it's best if I stay out of this thread a few more months now.

It's a shame no one has invented something that would help in situations like this, maybe a messaging system, they could call it private messaging or maybe email, then if customers report issues issues you can't replicate then you could contact those customers to ask for more details instead of not doing anything ;)

It's almost certainly the cookie length that's a problem
 
@Team.Videoslots - I've had a BTC withdrawal sitting in pending for ages now. Contacted support they said, VS is experiencing an issue with BTW withdrawals. Last time this happened it took 3 or 4 days to fix. Had Visa go down a while ago, that was fixed damn quick. But I suppose BTC ain't major depositing method, and it's deemed as not important to fix ASAP.

AN email from support or payments would have been nice advising of this issue, instead of me having to chase it up.

Are you having problems with Trustly. I made a deposit last night that has been taken from my bank but not credited your end, I did get a 'transaction cannot be completed at this time' message at the time, but the money went from my bank.
Then did a withdrawal about 5 hours ago, was apparently processed within a few minutes, nothing in my account yet. I've done probably around 100 withdrawals using trustly on other sites, and don't recall a single one taking more than a few minutes after it had been processed.
Also, why did I have to put my swift and BIC codes in, they aren't required for trustly, they had to be input on your site before the redirection to trustly happened, that seems a bit strange to me.

Aussies had a currency change, lost all our deposit and wagering and with that, freeroll access too, and had to go through hell to get a freeroll ticket until we can build up our deposits and wagering again as well as Friday's boosters reset to 0.

So we have no clue what we were getting due to the currency changeover notice being just an email sent at 7am one morning apologising for such short notice and that we'd already been switched so we didn't have time to manually record our booster Information.

I was sent a screenshot showing that the transaction had in fact been sent to my address but it had been copied and pasted twice instead of once (i have the screenshot if you would like to see) Yordy in particular has been tremendously helpful and very compassionate and would like to commend Yordy for impeccable and mindful customer service. Nontheless I am still waiting for my withdrawal... Which I'm sure would have been rejected by the Bitcoin Network as the address would have been deemed invalid and not passed the relevant 32bit checksum. I have read above that martiniman has received their withdrawal so i'm curious if I have any chance of receiving mine in the imminent future.

They were accepting AU IP deposits from my V/C, right up until the early hours of Tuesday (yesterday).

Later that day when I tried to deposit, is when I got the message, can't accept deposits from Australia anymore.

I think for some Aussies it was still working from AU IP but for some of us that changed ages ago.

Only way you can deposit now is if you go to another country and play from there :)
 
Hey just my 2c here, but after you filter a game to a certain provider.....could you guys not pop in a randomizer....say use a random numbers program to pick a game to suggest.
