Due to GDPR we need to have an e-mail conversation before we can give out any information regarding your accounts. For example, you quoted Helenakp's post, in that case, we need the e-mail before we can look at what trophy she had completed.
The ID needs to be valid and if it expires we have to request a new one. This is a part of an ongoing process to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
Regarding the cookies, if you press the "Ok" button once it will not appear again unless you clear cookies+cache. However, if you do not press "Ok" it will remain until you press it. We have tried from different browsers and computers and have not been able to recreate the problem you informed us about.
