Why not just allow us to see the current reward for the achievements by hovering over it? Dont really know why you need to keep them a secret, well I do but that's another discussion lol, at least then people can choose the ones they want to aim for. Nothing worse than grinding away to get a battle ticket for someone who dont play them for example. Why not add a slightly less value cash reward instead? Or instead of £10 battle ticket do a 50 spin FS at 0.20 that Im sure would be more preferred by the majority of players?

We will not have the rewards visible as the trophy system is meant to be a bit of a surprise as to what reward you receive and on which trophy you receive it from. We try to keep a mix of free spins, battle tickets and boosters since some people prefer the battle tickets over free spins and vice versa.

Just been catching up on the thread and read about the last 5 pages, all you do is say 'email us' to almost every query. Why not just answer in the thread if the query is non account specific, saves the same question being asked over and over and people can see instantly what the reply is rather than having to wait for their own.

Don't see why you need to do that. You are verifying someones ID, you only need to do it once, unless you think the customers name/date of birth has changed, which would be weird to happen on the same day the ID expires, and impossible for the DOB.

Anyway, no progress on getting rid of the cookie warning you said you would look at weeks ago?
