Yes I'm getting over videoslots. Seems they more interested in having the most games and getting new players rather than looking after loyal customers and making sure games and promotions actually work.

Seriously, the HARDEST trophy and we get nothing?

It really does not feel like an update, more like a total removal of all decent rewards and simply the odd 5 FS here and there for the easier to achieve trophies.

Bonanza has always carried a reward behind the final trophy so to me far, far, far from an update.

Hoping here that there has been a mistake / misunderstanding, players and something will be done to rectify soon, 'work' bloomin hard to get these achievements, totally unfair IMO.

Can totally understand if the easier trophies rewards are removed or downgraded but c'mon I roughly calculated I'd wager £10,000 on the slot to get the final reward / 50 x 0.20 FS (0.01%)

This is not my intention Maria :D

To be totally honest, you will be hard pushed to find a better casino which offers race money, WB, Battle of Slots and a HUGE games catalogue and one which pays out so, so quickly. Annoyed as I am, I will stay with VS as my main go to, thing is they know this ;)

I do not expect a reward every five minutes, the frustrating part and somewhat annoying when I get simply brushed off, is loyalty and sticking to games where the FINAL and HARDEST reward is quite clearly removed as a cost cutting exercise. Plugging away when I can afford a deposit, looking forward to a decent but rare reward only to get there tired but excited last night and get the middle finger, :( :(

It used to carry, IIRC 50 FS @ 0.20 (so a tenner's worth) - I would have only played these off and spun away the balance anyway (unless a miracle happened) no little risk to the casino BUT a very HAPPY customer, which is what I thought it is all about, Isn't it :confused:

That's the problem when you become the biggest and offer the promos Videoslots do then everyone suddenly expects more and it to work all the time, if you wanna be no.1 though you will get the most criticism and abuse it comes with the territory.

Thank you for your feedback. We have changed the rewards behind the trophies indeed however, I can assure that when you complete "All of Trophies" trophy, there is always some reward behind them.

@Jono777 Could you please tell which game is missing the Final reward, so we could fix it.

Bonanza ' Letter 'D' Trophy, "Win 10,000 times' (IIRC, USED to carry 50 x 0.20 FS in Danger High Voltage!)

Yes the Rewardsystem has totally changed in a badway they have to save money -.- .... earlier you would have get 100FS for Rank up to Level 21 on GonzosQuest now you get also 100FS but on Rage to Riches -.- just another bad example -.-

So I'm currently in the UK visiting family, (I live on the Isle of Man and my VS account is registered there), and on the hotel's wi-fi (which presents a UK IP address of course), I get the 'login failed' error when trying to login to my VS account.

Had a live chat session with support who said they could 'temporarily allow access' to my account from a UK IP, but since it's our last night here and I should probably start thinking about bed anyway, I asked the guy not to make any changes to my account.

So yeah, it looks like if you're legitimately in a different country to where your account is registered, it'll just stop working. (Unlike, for example, Netflix - who just offer you the content applicable to your region.)

As such, I'll just see things out to bedtime with more Netflix :D (Mrs Chopley and Chopley Jnr are already fast asleep.)

(This is 100% definitely the right username and password, by the way!)

I just wish that we were given a heads up when something is not going to work for some of us! It would make me a much more satisfied customer

Did you speak to chat? I got all my rewards from thunderkick changed to a game I wanted to pick, only allowed from PNG games and now I can't load them.

A couple of questions:

Since there used to a reward for a certain trophy but now it's either changed to something worse or nothing at all. Isn't possible to show the rewards for each trophy?

Many slots seem to be gone that are avaible on other sites, are they coming back?

I loved the Konami slots but they have not been able to play from Sweden for a while. Will that change?

Is Playtech coming back?

The Trophy system is constantly being upgraded and tweaked, so there is no guarantee that the Reward will be the same if you are to collect a Trophy a second time.

Yes, there are several slots that have been temporarily removed and we are working to get them back as soon as possible.

We hope to be able to offer Konami in Sweden in the future.

Playtech is coming back, and they are coming soon :)

I can smell things are going worse all the time. I really hope I'm wrong because atm VS is nr. 1 site for me but my history with online casinos is about 13 years now and all I can see is VS is bringing worse and worse promotions. And as I said I really hope I'm wrong with this
 
Okey now I can see I can't deposit using Trustly (It says my deposit limit is full what is funny because I haven't deposited since last week and my deposited amount was 20 euros). And euteller does not work. So please don't tell me you have banned all finns and what is wrong? You don't want money from us?
