I know prepaid cards and verification has been mention over and over but I like to bring it up time to time as its a pain in the ars to verify each card and want to remind Videoslots that this practice is not needed.
Mention again to cs and they got back to me, they contacted security and received apply back from security stating our Security department this is a standard security check as per our security policies. Even if others might not do this, this is an extra security precaution we have chosen.
Team videoslots please tell me why you need to put in place extra security for prepaid cards? I'm assuming and of course probably wrong, I feel security do not know how to put a system in place or too lazy to do. That's find you guys can run your business as you please but for me, it's very annoying and if I find another casino and like as much as yours but don't have the practice for prepaid cards as you do! they'll be getting deposits with my prepaid cards. Nothing worse making a deposit with a prepaid card and be lucky to make a cashout but can't because card need to be verified first and from my experience sometimes its done in an hour other times I waited for a day, I see it as a stalling practice.
I saved some of my cards to give a perspective on how many times I had to go through verification.
