If Trada had Novomatics and BTG, together with a reward system similar to VS (before the cost cutting) they would see 100% of my monthly slots budget.

Who says that Videoslots has been bought out? Don't believe what other members have said as they have no proof of this. As for that article, it is just the opposite. VS bought out some poker software. Like Jono777 has said in terms of rewards being worse and all, I agree 100%, but the other things mentioned have no proof.

Things change all of the time and usually for the worse so I don't see this as proof as they were bought out or had new owners and if they did, CM needs to know about them just like what happened with Betat...
 
Kinda reminds me the decline of 32Red threads. Personal I think Videoslots is the best but I'm seeing a decline in customer appreciation towards Videoslots and that says volumes. I also question Dan's farewell message was it really a message from him as there was no interaction after from him, he was just gone.
Its true when you're on top there's no way up but down. I think what Casinos forget we made them successful, there rating wouldn't be so hi if it wasn't for us and Casinomeister. There rating can easily drop, and we have many fish to choose from, maybe for some its time to go fishing.

Haha nobody reads anymore. It blows me away that no one does, Like don't people read the stuff they sign like car loans or mortgages? The new license might be just one they have to renew like every year or whatever. :)

I know prepaid cards and verification has been mention over and over but I like to bring it up time to time as its a pain in the ars to verify each card and want to remind Videoslots that this practice is not needed.
Mention again to cs and they got back to me, they contacted security and received apply back from security stating our Security department this is a standard security check as per our security policies. Even if others might not do this, this is an extra security precaution we have chosen.

Team videoslots please tell me why you need to put in place extra security for prepaid cards? I'm assuming and of course probably wrong, I feel security do not know how to put a system in place or too lazy to do. That's find you guys can run your business as you please but for me, it's very annoying and if I find another casino and like as much as yours but don't have the practice for prepaid cards as you do! they'll be getting deposits with my prepaid cards. Nothing worse making a deposit with a prepaid card and be lucky to make a cashout but can't because card need to be verified first and from my experience sometimes its done in an hour other times I waited for a day, I see it as a stalling practice.
I saved some of my cards to give a perspective on how many times I had to go through verification.

Well Ace, bless your heart, because it showed how some of us, I repeat some, myself included have become obsessed over everything. We don't like the changes, that much is obvious. We can stay with them, bitch and moan. Or we can move forward, and let others deal with them. Myself. In all honesty. I'm moving forward, until things become more customer oriented. I like two casinos to play at, that is it. I have one that I really like. Now to find another one.

Good question, Its just what I'm used to. Only used prepaid cards and Instadebit guess I should spread my wings a little and try other methods. I did sign up to Ecopayze but never used afraid trying new e-wallets as scared to get burned and so many mix reviews.

LOL I think I'll do a prepaid Christmas tree this year! now if I only had time to tie a string to them any volunteers? btw most of my deposits are from Instadebit it shows how loyal I have been to Videoslots. Also, I'm not a fly by nite customer I been with them for years and you think they wouldn't have me go through this for each card this is where they lack in how they know their customers. It would be nice to be treated as a person not a number!
 
Their reward system has not been improved, tweaked, upgraded or whatever other illustrious words they've thrown our way. It has been hacked at, decimated, annulled, destroyed, ravished :mad:

Another arduous task completed, taken months of loyalty, determination, commitment not to mention enduring the randomstated ness all for, wait for it, REWARD TOTALLY REMOVED.

I ain't gonna post no more on this topic after this, just get it into my head that VS Reward system is now RIP. Only thing remaining now is their accreditation and that we'll get paid quickly on our luckier days, that's about it, run of the mill now IMO

I use nothing but Paysafe, and then bank transfer for withdrawl. :)

Did you figure out how much money you spent on it? I spent just over 2k on mine and there was 50 free spins, paying 3 dollars and change.

Unsure, I don't keep a check these days, too depressing lol.

My concern and reason for whinging post(s) is the REWARD, where is it. I don't expect a free this that and the other for my loyalty which costs the earth but I do expect a little £10 - £5 worth of spins whether I win or lose as a sort of "Nice one Jon, thanks for playing with us so often"

I am probably up overall this year slightly so win / loss doesn't come into it, However why have a loyalty system or reward system in place if when completing the hardest and final trophies ( Usually win 10,000 times on most games) we get sweet FA :what:

Regarding the Casino Race, it has always been tilted to promote low-rollers. This is also the reason why there is a limit to how many race points you can get with each bet. As some of you noticed that tilt did increase further with these latest changes. This being said we see from your reactions that maybe we tilted it too much. We will for that reason address this when we do our next overhaul in a couple of months.
We also want to clarify that Videoslots still pay out 90.000 for the Casino Race every week. It is still free money without any wagering attached and all players are still automatically participating. The change implemented has in other words not been done to cut the cost.

And he speaks! Good. Now what about the rewards? Why are they even being changed? Jono finally made it to the 10000 and there is no reward? They are horrible now. Why "fix" something that wasn't broken?

Got it yesterday and won $37 on the Secrets of Atlantis battle. Had about two hours of fun with the winnings. But it happens rarely, if ever.

I still prefer the 50/75/100 Free Spins rewards, at least you know you are getting something. With battle tickets it is touch and go.

And remember, the DOA reward used to be 25 spins @ $0.90 which got then watered down to 100 spins @ $0.09. :( I think it is now 200 spins @ $0.09.

Nothing for "win 10,000 times"
75 FS @ 0.09 for "Complete All"

Previously was 100 FS and 200 FS (both at 0.09) which was a decent reward and worth persisting for.

All the good stuff is now gone, even the hard to get "Win 7 times in a row" carried 25 FS and now mostly carry 4x race points on next 'x' spins.

Plus thanks to their lovely super tight RTP, I've just bust again and my pot is now empty :(

Usually have a reward or two I'd saved over wkend for when the pot is dry but even that is totally empty too.

Although I enjoy (not as much as I used to) my sessions, it just seems to get less and less enjoyable and nowt to do with losing spells, just all the associated disappointments continually.
 
I am retiring to bed soon and made myself a promise, otherwise I'm going to keep winding myself up over this and eventually bore and annoy others.

I seldom receive any rewards. But in fairness and despite my protestations on a few issues Videoslots are still head and shoulders above all others.
I think that as aficionados of this business they call slots we as a whole are simply noticing a casino evolve.
I just care about it not changing for the worst and there is not a great deal of evidence about that despite our eagle eyes
