I can see that you were indeed correct Tirilej, the 200 spins was never intended as something that you should receive from a Trophie so the value for Dead or Alive has been too high previously. My intentions were never to offend and I apologize for expressing myself poorly.

Our Trophy system is always being updated and tweaked, and while some Rewards are moved the total value should remain basically the same. This does not mean that every set of Trophies have the exact same value or number of spins, but the overall value rewarded to someone playing at our site is roughly the same.

Well the reward for completing all DOA trophies used to be 30,40 or 50 spins at £0.90 if my memory serves me well so they were already downgraded when it went to 200 spins at £0.09

Looks like another downgrade?

Since those 200 spins never should have been there in the first place according to him, then I'm sure those previous rewards never should have been there either.
They have always been very aware that they have existed though ;)

What is clear now though is that no one will play to try and reach a specific trophy, and sadly I will have to stop playing doa there too. It wasn't that much though, just around 160k spins this year alone.

Sadly seems more like "downdated"

You also mention a lower value, something which contradicts your earlier post mentioning "same value".

Interlog is right on this one, I had long forgotten the previous DoA rewards, AFAIK he's spot on there.

From a risk point of view, can I mention, I've had those 100/200 DoA spins 3-4 times and never cashed out ;)

Downgrade / cost cutting seems the way forward, if this is the case, simply tell us, we won't bite here at CM but we love open and honesty also :)

As mentioned VS will continue to see 90% of my weekly slots allowance due to trust/speed of payouts/all the games I need etc BUT I have now lost any interest in the trophy system and one of your key selling points for me and I feel many more players has taken a mighty negative hit which I can't help feeling is only going to get worse.

Tweaking and upgrading usually mean by definition "improving or making better" clearly not the case here.

Hoping there are positive things to come and this issue was merely temporary and loyal players will continue to see genuine worthwhile (whilst also realistic) rewards for their commitment and allegiance to VS :thumbsup:

As we have already seen some that have gone down in value, can you point to a few that have gone up in value?

Regarding the new debit card query earlier in the thread, what was the outcome of that, I have a new one that i will be using from next week, if I'm going to have problems withdrawing I won't bother even registering it.

So we just have your post stating the rewards are the same :) Funny how we only ever see people saying they get worse rewards, no one ever posts how much better a reward they got! I can tell you 100% the rewards I get now are much lower than a year ago.

I have been really busy the last few days and just catching up on things. I wanted to ask a few questions regarding changes. I will just start with one :) Email vs private messaging as point of contact. Since you are now working as a team, we never know who we are talking to out here and in private messaging, but in email we do. Not knowing who the person is, probably would not be a good thing, even though this has been the standard the last year or so. If something was to go wrong. exp. told something, and then it went south. How does that hold any accountability? In a nutshell having no name attached specifically, leaves no liability on your end.

Edit 1: Yes they only pay the part of the flight that is in Europe. But the prize is big, it may worth if you are good at poker to pay the cost to come to Europe.

Edit 2: Maybe a CM member can also go to Malta? :D

Any chance of ditching the 100% bonus. you must by a mile have the most complicated wagering system ever. Add to that you are frozen out of tournies/cash back/Race It makes them look more of a Money saver to VS than a reward

Thanks for the feedback, we have made some improvements to the 100% bonus not too long ago, this change meant that the money available under your Main Account Balance is always withdrawable.

Once you request a withdrawal you only forfeit the part of the bonus not paid out to your Main Account Balance and you can keep all winnings.

This would mean that if you used a 100% bonus on a €100 deposit, wager 10% and receive a transfer of €10 to your Main Account Balance and then you forfeit the active bonus you only lose the €90 left under Casino Bonus.

At least with emails, there is. We went a year under the assumption that it was always Dan out here and he wasn't. It was Dans name, and signature, but never always Dan, which brings me to my next question. I had told you guys specifically when I flipped out a month ago that I knew it was someone else and not Dan, the person shall remain nameless. And that is why I got so angry. I told you that writing as many years as I have you see peoples writing patterns. Everyone has one. That goodbye post? Was not Dan! I just posted it now. I've been keeping my mouth shut, but can't anymore. And no its not me being delusional. I think it's very important, that they come forward, and important that they actually use their emails, so this way we know who we are dealing with. I would of kept my mouth shut, but the fact that they were just going to keep on as a team with no liability, doesn't and shouldn't wash. Hi everyone - just trying to catch up will all of this. I have loads of issues to deal with, and it looks like this is one of them. :D

When a casino rep opens an account in the forum, that account is pretty much monitored by whoever the casino chooses to be the rep. Over the years, there have been loads of reps who come and go and different people have taken over the accounts seamlessly. Sometimes the account is dealt with by one person, sometimes it's several. Dan's account - as far as I know - was pretty much him. It was only a couple of weeks ago (while I was on leave) that he left VideoSlots. I know that a couple of months ago, he moved to another position yet he maintained his forum account, and was still involved, but much of the support was delegated. If other casino employees were accessing his account in order to assist folks, well that is par for the course - it was a casino rep account. Many reps hand over their account when they go on holiday, or on leave. You guys are a demanding bunch and no one wants to look like a slacker.

Now I know a lot of folks get personal with some of the reps, that is natural since you are dealing with real people. But please use some discretion when getting overly personal since that person may have to hand over the reigns over to another person. Some reps have civilian accounts that they use for normal banter etc., that's ok by me since a number of reps have gone from player to affiliate to sometimes affiliate manager, and want to keep their lives separate.

Dan was the representative here for Videoslots, he was not representing himself. His job was to address issues brought up here internally, so important feedback from our players did not go unnoticed for our management. But issues were solved by the whole team of Videoslots and not by one person.

Dan ran his own department at Videoslots and his team have of course helped out with questions here from time to time on his behalf when he hasn't been able to answer.

We at Videoslots will continue to deliver the same service as always to this community even though Dan has left us.

If there are issues with Instadebit why is that I was still able to use to make deposits? Normally if there is a problem with a deposit method don't you normally block it from being used until the problem is resolved?
 
If you took a bonus you get no weekend booster from the days that bonus was still active.

Yeah its a bit mean that you dont get booster money or contribute to the race while a bonus is active, but I guess I can see why as with a lucky run you could clock up quite a bit for free, still sucks tho.

I understand what you are saying and I will take the feedback forward. This issue was due to the security checks combined with Instadebit deposits which means that when some players deposited with Instadebit they unfortunately, got blocked.

So i have completed the Donuts trophies and after not receiving any type of reward for the 5,000 Wins i got something for the 10,000 Wins.

34,472 Spins with an RTP of 88.25% and i get a 10 EURO battle ticket for completing all trophies. #OnyaSonya!

Seriously @Team.Videoslots ? What the hell were you thinking of adding a $10 EURO ticket at the end of a trophy line. Haven't your players lost enough that you have to go dangle that heap of shit booby prize at the end of a really long and expensive trophy collection on one of the most volatile slots?

I completed Book of Gods by @Big Time Gaming trophies and whilst I received 75 spins at the end on Book of Dead on a rivals slot, at least it was something. (That only paid $1.74 FYI)

I usually deposit anywhere up to 2-3k a month, and i naturally don't get anywhere, the more you deposit, the more you lose lately and whilst i understand that it is a gambling site, the rewards are getting worse by the day and hiding behind your obscenely flawed rewards system and battle weekends (that no-one seems to actually make anything from. We all talk.) i wonder how much longer you can actually use it as a defense.

You have basically shat on my loyalty as far as i am concerned and as such have lost the last sliver of respect i've held for you since your company started its decline (aka: became greedy) around September last year. That system, and the 100 free spins at the end of completing trophies was the only thing people looked forward to. Well 75, down to $10 ticket that i could of just thrown 10 bucks into my account and bought it if i was into that sort of thing.

Whoever thought up of the idea to have a battle ticket at the end of an Ultimately Volatile slot needs to find a new job. Not on at all.


To anyone else completing the trophies, expect to be hideously disappointed.
