Asked for bank details, took screenshot of bank which is not acceptable, maybe i should ask the bank to change their website. Now asking go down bank get a paper copy and photo it and send it in. Never had issue with the process at VS but i had a few others reject elsewhere due to screenshots etc. Think in todays day and age where 90% of stuff is online some casino have got to do a bit of growing up and wake up to the new age. All my bills and banks are online. only thing that aint is Council Tax.

I am not sure what others view on this, but I think if we are used to get spins worth 2.5-4 or even 5 USD, then to get 1 USD worth spins is quite a disappointment.
I would suggest to have the spins minimum value as it was before or do not send it anymore.

And yes, I am aware all the other stuff you are spoiling us with (battles, weekend booster etc.)
