True story. I had a certain someone from VS, wont mention names because I really cant remember, but this gentleman told me when I was complaining a few years ago. He told me this.......When you have lets say 500 people playing the same game, and one person out of that 500 wins big, that win will take away from the remaining 499. So you take the scope of how many people on VS are playing the games on the first page and your chances of winning anything diminish very quickly. Now if you go to a smaller casino, the odds are better. I should take my own advice, right? :P But that Gemix! :oops:.
 
@Dan.Videoslots - Seriously again what is the hold up with withdraws again, 2 hours again. This is just getting stupid now. This is now happening nearly everytime I manage to do a withdraw. This is just not good Dan. Really sick of this now. I think i will stop playing at videoslots

I can see it being an issue if 2 hour+ became the norm for cashouts on VS, but these things can happen from time to time and who knows why on some days, they are quick and others are slow. For me, I have done cashouts, but the amounts are tiny and they go through within 15 minutes or so.

On most other sites that I play at and I do a withdrawal, it pretty much is the norm that it can take a few hours before the cashout is processed and that is fine since I know I will be getting the money! We would all love to have cashouts done within an hour, but like everything else in the gambling world, it is rare to have sites that do it this fast.

Well I know what will be said when Dan comes on. They will say yet again there was problems with neteller withdraws. Funny that, when deposits with neteller still work fine and instantly.

You know the amount of money I have deposited and lost in videoslots over the last few years is enough to buy a flat. And it is just insulting when we do eventually win when we deposit and deposit to then be hit with delays in withdraws. And VS used to be 100% the best and fasted for withdraws too. But leovegas is now faster than VS. And I deposit and play a lot at leovegas too.

So it is really that simple, VS keep this up, lack of loyalty, Slower withdraws, I play elsewhere. What is more insulting is we don't get any compensation either for the fact they are slipping below par from the normal fast withdraws we are used too.

When a casino starts to slip below par that is when it is time to stop and think, Oh hey maybe VS is now not what it used to be, We should take a step back and play elsewhere.

At the risk of sounding like a bitch. Im allowed its late and its been a long day! :D Why the anxiety over payments being processed later then a couple of hours? Isnt that kind of petty? You trust the casino? Do you need the money STAT! If so then you shouldnt have deposited. Go on chat and see if its been flushed. Maybe the e-mail that they send? Maybe you're not the only one. Just MAYBE they said screw it, they aren't going to pay you! Hahahaha. Go to bed, it will be there in the morning :)

Received a very friendly email today from VS' Loyalty Department with some friendly words and an extra 20 fs + some casino race and weekend booster awards. I have reached level 20 over a week ago, maybe that's why?

Anyway, much appreciated!

I really must be an outcast as I didn't receive anything like that on reaching Level 20, but I suppose it's what I have come to expect from them and why I deposit less and less each month as time goes on.

I hear you Slotmaster when it comes to poor sessions, but in my case (and I mentioned this somewhere else) stubbornly betting €4 a stake at Bonanza, playing away a profit of close to 900 to 0, is really my own doing. Some slots, as some wise members have asserted here, should be closed after a certain amount of spins. And it also depends if you play lower or higher variance games. Lately I've been more lucky at VS, but I really should give Bonanza a rest and play more often some other games from their huge catalogue, oh Lord, give me the strength to do so:D

Is this something they do often? :) I seem to remember reading somewhere, maybe in their faq, that you can ask for some free spins or something like that, and they may give you some depending on other factors.

Might be something I consider! lol Spent hundreds in the last month or so and never withdrawn, but never seem to get any loyalty based freebies or anything like the newsletter codes etc. (though race winnings

I didn´t get birthday bonus, didn´t get anything from VS, and i´m suppose to be VIP since last year. But haven´t really heard anything from them until i asked if i still were VIP after 5-7 months of silence. :) Got 50 spins on jackhammer 2 then and was told my bonus were to good or something like that :P But birthday bonus i would not be so sure of, not sure they offer that. That´s what i thought to that if they offer birthday gift to VIP members they will. So didn´t want to ask for birthday gift. So i guess they don´t have that kind of gifts.
