We all know why the game providers have the button where it is, and why they set most games to start at a high value. I've loved the function.

Pragmatic haven't found anything yet and they think it could be something with the browser and it has been harder to replicate than expected.

I have tried this my self and also on other casinos to see if it was only us or if its the same at other casinos and I have noticed that you will get your discount back after you trigger a new coin discount. I will contact BTG if it was intended to be like this or not but that is how it worked for me on our casino and other while testing.
