That specific bug has been on VS since day one :D
I have spoken to both Lucas years ago and to Dan about it but since it's only about 7 cents and not 6 or 8, then nothing have been done :p
I don't know i it happen with all games but to me it does when I just have 7 cents left.
So if it happen again just change to 6 lines and it will spin.

just curious as to your policy on using a vpn? I one time had mine active by accident and logged into videoslots and was instantly blocked by your security system and had to go through many hoops to get it restored.

Yet, I see a streamer that is sponsored by you using a VPN to get around Australia's block specifically to play Microgaming games. Which means, an exception has been made to his account specifically to allow this without getting instantly flagged by your security.

Does this mean we can all use VPN's to play netent etc now? I thought videoslots had a very strict policy that would never allow this.

Since joining last november ive deposited $19570aud and never made a withdrawal,on 26/9 at 7.44pm I gathered the courage to do so...$520.i waited around 5 days and nothing in my account so opened videoslotts to find my balance back in there.
I went to support to be told the finance department would contact me,then I received an email to say what i already knew "your withdrawal has been declined please contact support".12 hours later I contacted support again, only to be told the same as the first support person....2 days later(now)I get an email that makes no sense, something about my bank refusing to accept the withdrawal and wagering,and asking me about neteller etc...english is not thier perferred speak.
This pissed me off,so i just blew my balance in the last hour out of anger.....fuck you videoslutts

I know we can all have a moan when we are on a bad losing streak but your post is bang out of order! How can you blame Videoslots when it appears that it was YOUR bank that would not accept the withdrawal and maybe a bit of patience would have paid off, you can't blame Videoslots for YOU blowing the balance - you found your way here to be abusive, could you not have done the same prior to blowing the money and maybe Dan could have stepped in and helped you, which I am sure he would have done all to help.

The language above doesn't deserve a response!!
 
40+ hours to verify a replacement debit card

In the early hours of sunday morning, while waiting for some withdrawals from some other, slower-paying casinos to hit my Neteller account. I used my debit card at Videoslots to deposit £50.
I wasn't having a great deal of luck, so when I'd finally managed to double up to £100, I decided to withdraw it.

The Withdrawal page was blocked. So realising this was the first time I'd used this particular card at Videoslots, since it was only issued last month as a direct replacement for the card I already have verified with them, I uploaded scans of it and waited. I wasn't expecting it to be done there and then. But I thought it'll probably get sorted that afternoon.

By sunday evening it still wasn't verified. So I ended up playing through the £100.

Tonight at 9pm, I received an email saying my card had now been verified. So it's taken from sunday morning to wednesday night, just to verify a replacement card - same name, same bank account, only the last 3 digits of the card had changed :mad::mad::mad:

What method did you use to withdraw? Visa?
What bank you are with? ASB?

Videoslots had a problem to send money to my ASB Visa Debit card and I stopped using neteller after Net+ card is banned in NZ, so I'm using bank wire transfer, it is not bad option. It normally hit my account between 24-48 hours after I push withdrawal button, just it stays as pending longer than other withdrawal methods but as far as I know you can flush your withdrawal.

I want to point out one thing, when Videoslots failed to send funds to my Visa debit card, it took around 2 days until I was notified what the issue was, I'm just wondering why they couldn't notify me right away when it happened and I think it's something you should look at, Dan.

@danchop at the moment we are experiencing higher volume than usual in our Security department, which has led to a long wait to get your documents verified.

@brianmon I am sorry to hear that your verification process took that long. A small tip is to put a play block on your account while you wait for your documents/withdrawal to be verified. The easiest way to do so is to just PM me or contact the support. After your withdrawal has been accepted you can simply just contact us again and we will remove to play block from your account.

@sueyh we are putting in some new routines into place which we hope can prevent similar situations in the future and have your documents, withdrawals etc approved as fast as possible.
Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need any help.

I use visa to deposit and visa was an option for withdrawal....
I withdrew on 26/9 and it is now 5/10,thats 9 days of patience....to be given no response or reason for the reversal... until today,and here is the reason word for word,can someone interpret this for me?
"Your withdrawal has been disapproved since your bank have not accepted the withdrawal.Could you withdraw back to Skrill, neteller or ecopayz by first making a minimum deposit of $10aud."
Why get an email saying your withdrawal has been declined with no reason other than to contact customer support,who then have no idea on the reason?
Its just a big stall to get you agitated,and could be dealt with faster and easier by giving me a reason on first denial and a solution like the lady below because ive had no problem with my bank accepting from one other casino.

Yes exactly the same card,so its happened before to another customer and no measures put in place to stop it recurring or a solution offered to those cardholders?
Instead 9 days of nothing and still im not made aware of that option, except from you?
