Hello Everyone

Hello Dan,

WTG on greentube slots

But why have you only added the rubbish ones - you havent even got Cops n Robbers Millionaires Row! :sob::sob:

Hi everyone,

Sorry for all the confusion here, we have investigated this further and I can confirm that the snail mail that you have received was sent out by our team. However, with you guys reporting this we found a very serious breach by one of our affiliates. This breach has absolutely nothing to do with your personal data. This affiliate basically received the same letter as you did. He used the promo code that we sent out in his mass email to his own database. This is why when we first checked the codes we saw that it was tagged under one of our affiliates where it was an internal promotion. We will take action on this affiliate immediately as he is clearly violating our terms and conditions. Please send me a message if you have any questions regading this.

Br,
Daniel.

Thats good

Who is it who's doing a facebook campaign at the moment, you directly or an affiliate? The Rhino, Dead or Alive free spins ones? The ads are not compliant and should be changed. No T&C's, no mention of any, no 18+ etc

An example

Hi colinsunderland,

That add on Facebook is from a agency that we have hired that runs the Facebook campaigns in the UK, so it is not an affiliate posting that. All adds that they post should have a text link with "Terms and Conditions Apply. Your picture is a bit blurry but are you sure the text link is not there?

Well, I've learnt something new today..

If you cancel a bonus at Videoslots, you lose your balance

I took the 100% flame buster bonus, after I'd managed to get through 40% of the wagering, I thought to myself, I've only got £17 left, I'm not going to manage to get to 50%. I'll just cancel the bonus and play the freespins.

Pressed cancel and my balance disappeared. lucky it was only £17, and I won about £38 from the 150 freespins, otherwise I'd be rather unhappy.

I always thought that because it's added in 10% increments to your cash balance that, however much you'd earned became actual cash.

I didn't realise you were tied in for the duration

I posted few pages back about a bonus and a problem as well, I actually posted partly to help other's to avoid issues, Moral of the story don't take a bonus just straight deposit and not worry about stuff except how fast you lose, lol.

Yes of course I'm sure, there is a blurry bit of text at the bottom of the photo which you can't enlarge as if you click it it is a link. Enlarging it on the screen just makes it more blurry.
I posted the whole ad, there is no link, what I posted is the whole lot.

Direct link to the advert.

Going to have a little rant here (not specifically at Videoslots). Affiliates are getting bad press at the moment, easy targets, casinos clamping down on them, and for those of us who actually follow the rules, and therefore at a disadvantage to the ones who don't, all it does is piss us off as we have to send in compliance proof, change banners and shit.

However, by far the worst adverts have been by ad agencies. Why casinos use them rather than give established affiliates incentives to push them more is beyond me. We are supposed to be your partners, yet you screw us over by paying ad agencies to push non compliant adverts, with offers that we can't offer. I just had a look in my affiliate back end, wheres the banners for 150 DoA spins on first deposit? Or 75 Rhino ones? Oh thats right, there aren't any, we have to compete with people offering 150 spins with 11 free spins. Wonder whos link people will click on :(

You should give me the job you are advertising for campaign manager, bet I could do that pretty well :D

Yes I posted something a couple of months back. Actually CS agent told me then that the bonus you have turned over and lost would be removed from your next deposit
That is not true, but what is true is that if you cancel a bonus 100% of it will be removed, not just what you have left as a bonus, but also the part you have cleared wagering and is now cash in your balance.

Hello Everyone,

That’s correct, if you were to cancel the bonus when you are not done with wagering you would forfeit the bonus balance and therefore whatever is left of the wagering.

Here is the link to the Terms and Conditions for our bonus should you need it:
Old / Expired Link and for mobile

If you need any help please feel free to contact me.

I expected to lose the bonus balance. I just didn't expect to lose my cash balance as well,.

I started with £60 bonus and £60 cash, converted 40% of the bonus, which is £24
Before I forfeited the bonus I had a bonus balance of £36 and £18.09 cash balance,
After forfeiting the bonus I had a bonus balance of £0 and a cash balance of £0

So, although the bonus is only converted in 10% increments, and added to your cash balance. It's not actually 'real' cash until 100% of the wagering is completed.

I'm not too sure how it works then...

One of their previous promos (think it was the 100% plus 150 Book of Dead FS 2-3 months back)

I got up to around the £120 mark with about 50-60% of WR completed.

Decided I was going to bank some and forfeit bonus. Can't recall exact percentages or figures but it does NOT wipe out the whole balance, think it took about £20 off me (cash balance) but then bonus was gone and I was able to w/d.

Is there not a pop-up that advises you that you will lose the balance if you forfeit the bonus? I just recall something to that effect, seen it often enough as I have never met wagering yet.

You would have been as well to continue to try wagering, it doesn't make sense removing the balance when you could have continued playing at least - maybe VS needs to amend their warning pop-up so it is clear.

Hi again guys,

This is how the bonus works. If you have a balance of £100 and a bonus balance of £100, you will use your deposited money in first hand to wager your bonus money. When you wagered your first 10% of the total wagering amount you will get £10 converted from your bonus balance to your main balance. If you then keep on playing and not manage to wager the next 10% and choose to forfeit the bonus, you will lose both what’s remaining on the bonus balance and the 10£ from your main balance that you received from your bonus balance. You won't lose any of the money you deposited by cancelling the bonus.
So why @brianmon had £0 on both his main balance and bonus balance is because when he chose to forfeit the bonus he lost the bonus money he wagered which he converted earlier from the bonus balance to the main account balance since you will only be able to keep the money if you successfully wager the bonus completely. Until the whole bonus amount has been 100% wagered, the money you get on your main balance will still be considered as "Bonus money" that you will lose if you choose to forfeit the bonus. Hope this helps you guys.

Br,
Daniel.

@greylady if you choose to forfeit the bonus you will get a message saying:

If you complete this fail bonus action, any winnings and remaining bonus money will be forfeited according to our Terms & Conditions. If you cancel this fail bonus action nothing will happen.
Kind regards

So (say) I deposit £100 and get a 'bonus" of £100 with 20x WR...

I wager £400 thus release £20 in bonus money.... I am lucky enough to hit a big win... I can forfeit the £20 "earned" already, plus the rest of the pending bonus, but still cash out my deposit plus my big win, if I choose to? If that is the case then it's not quite as restrictive as I thought. I had the impression funds were locked or fully forfeit.

No, you can't. Any accrued winnings while wagering a bonus will be removed if you forfeit a bonus early.

Here, Here!

I'd personally "Live" at video slots if they worked this way, they'd see pretty much ALL of my monthly slots budget.

Don't feel I'm alone on this one either :D

If they were regular enough.

I'd even be happy for them to increase the WR to compensate or the upfront bonus, and make it ineligible for cashback and the weekly race money, (although you already can't win race money, when playing with a bonus)

Why not offer the option - regular upfront bonuses, OR cashback and weekly race

Edit. After checking my Neteller account - in the last 7 days, I've deposited £1,120 between various casinos, only £60 of that went to Videoslots.

Hello everyone.

To clarify a bit regarding the bonuses.

If you make a deposit of €100 with a 100% bonus, you play until you have €160 in your account and €60 in your bonus balance, and then you decide to cancel the bonus. What happens is this, the transfers that has been done from the bonus balance to the main account balance will be forfeit, along with the bonus balance. In the example I used, you would be left with €120 in your Main Account balance and €0 in your bonus balance.

Best regards,
Daniel.

Just curious how you guys choose who to give bonuses too. I was watching some streams on twitch and lots of Canadians were posting screenshots of bonuses videoslots was giving out. Some where getting 100% up to $500. And when the discussion got popular most people said they have either won overall or maybe lost a grand or two and have been members for like a year.

It sort of makes players feel left out especially the loyal ones and the ones who have lost tens of thousands of dollars without ever being given a deposit bonus, yet tonnes of people around them are all getting them on the same day to the same province

Hello Lockinlove.

We offer different promotions to different groups of players, but we try to reach as many as possible. Hopefully there will be something coming your way soon.

Best regards,
Daniel.

I have never gotten any bonuses from VS not by post only by rewards that i have achieved played there for like 3~4 years now past lvl 110

and being a loyal costumer doesn't seem to do it for them.

I wonder if i had wagered a mill+ at another casino would i be more appreciated?(CB and Bonuses)

It seems that the one who is sending out these promo's just hates the Netherlands.

Nah... 'Mike' sent me a 100% up to €500 match bonus with really favourable terms about a month ago.

Also a handful of 10% up to EUR 10 cash and other bonuses, in the last month.
On top of the weekend booster and race money.

Perhaps the people that have not been very 'lucky' in getting bonuses or rewards are a bit more vocal in this thread than others?

For me Videoslots is the number one online casino. Keep up the good work.

Hi all,

I would like to correct my self regarding our deposit bonus. I gave out wrong information due to miscommunication internally.

We are right now working on releasing in the future so players will keep their winnings if they forfeit the active bonus but this is not live yet.

The bonus works right now as per our Terms and Conditions.

"You are allowed to have one activated bonus at a time. If you have an active bonus and want to activate a new one, you need to deactivate the old one first. Any winnings earned with the old bonus will be forfeited if you inactivate it." This means that you will lose all your winnings if you decide to forfeit the bonus.

I will inform everyone when we release the new bonus structure in the future.

Br,

Daniel

it probably is them saying "k dont give it to the whiny babies". Cause I dont see why alot in my province that I know.. get reloads but me. Same length of membership but much less in losses. Its either that or they think I will keep depositing so there is no need to spice me up.

I must say, considering how good videoslots is as a casino, your bonus and related rules leave a lot to be desired. No one seems to understand them, and even you get confused when explaining them. Would it not be easier to move to a simpler bonus model?

Did you get any feedback as to what I asked many months ago about not being able to play in the battles when you have an active bonus?

Also, what happened when you spoke to BTG/NYX about Bonanza please?

Hello Colinsunderland.

We are currently looking at ways to improve the bonus, and I hope that we will have one that is as good as it is easy to explain. We are also looking at the issue you brought up, but I do not have a solution for you yet. Regarding Bonanza, it has been reported to the developers and is beeing looked at, but I have not received anything specific from them.

Best regards,
Daniel.

Hello Alfran.

As long as you have made one deposit, no matter when, you are eligible to receive your Weekend Booster every week.

Best regards,
Daniel.

Hello Dan,

It seems Novomatic slots are blocked again for my country? Ireland?

I was able to play them for weeks and now they are unavailable again.
I hope there is some kind of a mistake?

Untitled.webp

What is it with Greentube and slots...They are available, unavailable, available for Irish players..
Some casino's I can play them, at some not..

I don't understand the issue with them..

I have no issues with any other slots provider.

Your very friendly rep Andreas has forwarded this to your games department Daniel.
He expects an answer tomorrow so for now I will play some other games,no big issue.

Thanks for looking into this anyway!

Mark.

Hi Steviedoo,

The Pirate Telescope trophie that you received was for winning a certain amount of times playing on our slots on Videoslots and has nothing to do with any game.

I have sent you a PM with more details about this win.

Br,

Daniel

Hey Guys,

At the present time being Greentube are down and we are working to get them back up working asap.

I will inform you when the games are up and running.

Thanks for your patience.
