Now take this as feedback and not a complaint because your casino is brilliant in every aspect apart from the fact that higher depositing losers like myself and many others, are discriminated compared to low depositers that have lucky streaks.I deposited (if my math is right) $4820aud between 19 jan and 18 feb and recieved back around $500 through cashback and races..

Now heres the thing that irks me as a higher depositing gambler,that 500 is spread into small size drip fed amounts that does shite to my mentality in appreciating it as a reward for what ive deposited and lost.

When i deposit $500 and lose it in an hour,do you think a measley $28 race money on a monday is going to make me feel rewarded?I know over the period all these small amounts add up but its not considered a reward at the time.

I have a question.

When withdrawing to ecopayz...why is it I have to put in my number? Why can't it come up and I just fill in how much I want to withdraw?
I'm sure this has been asked before. But here's what's happened...
I made a withdrawal for 600$ and I put in the wrong number, within 5 min I got an email stating it was in my account. as soon as I pressed enter...I realized I put in a three instead of two and therefore put in the wrong ecopayz number. So...

I contacted chat services...of course they told me not to worry about it...that it will bounce back and and.and...but i insisted it won't cuz I got an email confirming the withdrawal and its telling me that it's in my account but it wasn't. So CS said they would look into it with financial services. This was wed. Thursday I emailed Kenny....he said no problem...he will look into it....I emailed him again today he said he would send another email...so tonight I contacted chat services and pekka was nice enough to really look into it..after financial services told him that it takes 4 days for a withdrawal to hit my ecopayz account....however I insisted it will not bounce back nor will it be in my account cuz it takes 5 min for it to hit my account ...and because it hasn't and I got an email confirming the withdrawal to my account. He finally really checked with financial services and they said that didn't know how this would happen...but it did....and that now they are really looking into the fact that it's in someone else's account by mistake....etc...

And why is chat services so lackadaisical, they brushed me off and appeased me by saying that it's being looked into when all They did was just ask a question to financial services....even when I insisted...they said not to worry...

My fault...I put in the wrong number....but I alerted them as soon as I made the mistake...but they were quick with the withdrawal....no faulting them there...

Isn't it the case that you can only withdraw to the method on which you have made most of your deposits? Say you deposited £10,000 on your debit card and then start using Skrill. Any withdrawal can only be made to your debit card until the skrill deposits exceed £10,000. I am sure that is the case at VS but I stand corrected.

Having RTG slots at Videoslots would allow you do dabble and not have your full deposit tied to one software would be a great plus. I don't know how the mechanics of the random jackpots would work of if they could have them removed thereby increasing the RTP of the slot. Either way it would work for me

I have not idea why we get get logged out while playing. I can understand if we are inactive.

You don't usually know you are logged off until you return to lobby or try to join a tourney.

I had an incident last year, where I think it happened to me, and more than a few hundred involved. But they couldn't see any play and I had not screenshotted, not realizing it was maybe a problem.

I've had it many many times with balance intact however.

Happens every session Dan, no exceptions. And there is no exact time frame as to the frequency, nor does it matter which browser is used. You realize it only when the trophies, race and other messages do not pop-up anymore or when closing the current game. Funnily, the games carry on playing as normal like VS wouldn't exist.
