I am happy to announce that our maintenance is over and the site is back up and running again.

We were able to identify the issue, and our tech team have worked whole evening to solve it. We will now have to see that everything works and there are no more issues before we do some compensation for the downtime we have had. But I can assure you that we will do something as soon as we know everything is stable again.

Is there or will there be a way of seeing how much of the EUR500 wagering has been completed? My deposit limit was normally £50 a week (recently upped to £100 pw) and can normally clear the EUR200 wagering for some battles, but a pain finding when these ones are! Almost beneficial just doing a £300 monthly deposit and clearing EUR500 wagering to get freeroll battles for a week, instead of smaller deposit over the weeks and never qualifying.

Well done for getting the site up and running again! Keep up the good work.

There is no easy way to see it right now but contact the support, and they will inform you. We have noted down the feedback that it should be easier our players to see the wagering them self so this is something we are looking into.

Site is running really slow,just like before but now im not evern able to log in again....
Feels like there are some major issues after the upgrade.
Another issue is that u cant start multiple games,nothing happens when u clik to start a second game.

1st couple of spins it was flying than like each spin getting longer, even managed a bonus round on 1st out of 9 free roll spins, paying only like £5

Now cannot even log out of game, managed to get out but real slow,

Not complaining here, Just keeping updated

Same here terrible slow. Even though i have managed to double my balance. I feel sad i did not deposit elsewhere now as my last gambling budget cash and would been nice to see if could get more lucky and maybe withdraw some :mad:
 
I love VS, I pretty much solely play there but the past couple days have been horrendous. It's Friday evening for me in Canada, so not being able to relax and play is pretty disappointing.

The deposit page doesn't even load at this point and contacting customer support just gets copy/paste responses no matter what question is asked :(

If it wasn't for the PS4 they sent me for Christmas (which still blows me away) my loyalty would be pretty shook.

Here's hoping they fix things soon.
 
Im getting fed up why get site back up when clearly not working. My balance just slowly draining with slow spins and then timeouts errors. I knew should had deposited elsewhere and regret that BIG TIME now :mad::mad: now my money is just stuck with videoslots instead could had good time somewhere else. Guess my own fault thinking it would be working well when back up :what: I am not even thinking of withdrawing balance now as I doubt they will have the usual super fast withdrawals with these problems.
 
Should have been much better to keep the site down,test everything and then let the players in.
This update just made everything worse, the site is evern slower then before.

Its down to poor IT support, they haven't tested it properly, and I said hours ago it would fall over again as soon as it was back up, did think it would last more than 5 minutes though. The changes should be rolled back, this 'upgrade' installed on a virtual box and properly load tested and balanced before it goes live. Even install it on something like beta.videoslots.com and slowly let users in to test rather than just install and hope it works, then when any problems are found and sorted switch it over to the main site.
 
looks like been reset and working

Not working and im fuming balance down down slow spins disconnects. Just doing Rhino down to £5 and it shuts down again no connection I give you can have the last £5 left now videoslots goodnight!! worst session ever and i though guts was bad :mad:
