Not sure if anyone else suffers this problem but I find when there is a tech error and you report it, you never hear back with a resolution.

Id like to see some more tech staff hired. I think they are overloaded and just throw the lesser important things in the garbage.

During the past year I had two issues that took about 3 months/each to investigate and then it was said they were resolved when they weren't. Both related to achievements, and in no way were they really serious problems.
In one of them I had missed a few battle tickets but got them from Dan.

I think they only take it seriously when money is involved. Also had a lost deposit once that seemed to take a bit of time to resolve (mostly because of my laziness) but some bug suddenly gave my rewards for levels 5, 10, 15, 20 and 21 again and won about the same as the deposit so didn't pursue it further.

Firstly, I would like to say that we do not throw any cases in the garbage, everything we receive a report about is investigated as far as it is possible. Sometimes these investigations do not lead to a direct result or fix, but that is the process of troubleshooting. That is also the reason why our Support always insists on clearing cookies and cache and provide some information about your system, so we can try and replicate the situation and find the problems.

The achievement problems you were experiencing is, unfortunately, not as quick and easy to fix as we initially thought. The most recent update we did solved many of the issues, but there is still some big problems to solve. Our intentions is to solve and fix all of these problems, as we want to be the best online casino in the world, but we cannot do it faster than we already are.

Lastly, we hope to have more Blueprint Games to offer you in the future, but I cannot say when.

I can't access to your casino yet. It still says "under maintenance" here.

Its probably your DNS that has not been updated yet. Most of them updates within 30 mins, but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours before a DNS is updated, its depending on your ISP settings. It is possible to try to clear the DNS cache, but you need to google on how to do it. But otherwise it will solve itself within 48 hours.

I cleared DNS cache, ipconfig/flushdns on cmd.
But the website still don't work.
I guess I have to wait.

..i have just come from playing at vs...and the lag was as bad as i've seen it at rizk and at guts. and i got kicked off of a quickspin slot to never be able to get back on. authentication falied! my favorite screen pop up this past holiday season. NOT.

i spent my deposit spin after spin after spin.
and when i go to cs to tell them...yes they know its the new servers...apologetic...

however i said...that's nice to know. after i've spent the last hour being frustrated waiting for spin after spin.
and then i asked for my deposit back...he said you've already spent your deposit haven't you.
i hadn't spent my entire deposit had he checked he would have known that.
i told him it hasn't been a pleasant experience. it hasn't been fun.
then he said i shouldn't have played. well i stopped playing after an hour....and that was 100 spins...

and then i got off cs...cuz i was gonna start to be nasty. i never complain other than to whine on this board.

Had the same problem. Could not play Quickspin due to authentication bullshit and the games were very laggy. I quit after losing $10 as I figured this was going nowhere.

I find CS totally useless. Too bad for a first class casino to not have first class agents.

Hopefully because they finally are doing something with the servers, been lagging all day, unplayable, cant even begin to imagine people playing on Videoslots for the entire day with that kind of lagg,,, prolly some errors with the "server upgrade" as it felt like a downgrade :rolleyes:

Hope the people saying customer service is bad have flameproof jackets on, when I dared to say something like that 6 months ago I thought I was going to have hit men after me from the backlash I got on here!

Thats why i stayed away from depositing all day, cause when it laggs like that on for example Rizk, it make me wanna do stupid stuff and lose everything in 5 min
 
You have to take note VS rarely get any trouble,

I admit it is a pain in the shit box when its like this, I do not bother going to customer service as I know the score. What they know you can write on a back of a postage stamp,

I cannot complain as compared to other sites VS runs 100% better but as I said when it does happen its annoying to say the least, And what Steviedoo said about deposit back and CS said you spent it :what: well just goes to show what CS are about without even looking at players account.

Any one that played or deposit should be compensated at the very least, I not made a deposit so I am not saying it to get bonus, Its how it should be

Let the backlash begin then...I am the biggest supporter of VS but tonite on CS I think it got downgraded for me....wearing my flameproof jacket as I type...but I think you might be right.

The reason behind this problem is that we upgraded our servers to stronger ones yesterday. We have done many tests back and forward before to change to make sure that everything should work.

The server change happened early Thursday morning, and at the first look everything looked great, and everything ran just as expected, but our site started to lag in the evening and during night. Our tech team have been working all night to find the source of the issue since it seemed to be some configuration problems and they have done some fixed now.

Our site is working normally again, and our teach team is monitoring the performance right now to be able to spot if it starts to lag. We are also preparing to move back to the old servers if this issue continues to make sure that the experience is lag-free.

The Cashback is delayed and will be paid out around 1 hour later today.

Can I ask, and I understand if its sensitive info or something, but if the games are running from microgaming servers, or netent, or whoever, then why would your servers (old or new) affect the gameplay? I get why the main site was laggy or offline completely, but the games were running really bad, if they aren't running from your server how can they be affected?
Like, I was playing a freeroll before the site crashed, got freespins. Obviously the game pulls data from account management and other areas from your servers before and after a spin, but once the game actually starts and its just data from the game provider, why does it still run slow?
