PLEASE CHANGE THE METHOD OF PAYING CASHBACK AND RACE FUNDS

Dan, can you please look into how cashback and race money is paid into accounts? Seems almost every week now im missing it due to it being filtered directly into my playing account while in session and not realizing.

Is it possible to put the funds into the players 'accountslip section' the same as other rewards? That way, the player can access these funds when they are ready. The current method is super frustrating, particularly when you are waiting for that money to come through, only to find out its already been and gone without realizing.

Also, In relation to recent posts regarding rewards. I agree, there does seem to be a bit more activity than usual. Im about 1/2 of the way through the dreaded lev 20 and until very recently, I didn't see a reward through game play for a long time (apart from my cherished trophies of course).

I do struggle with the lack of transparency to the rewards system. Playing slots is random enough without having the reward system random as well. Its great to see some rewards coming through again however, hard not to feel a little uncompensated for countless deposits and hour after hour of game play for the previous 6 months.

Which brings me to the casino race. Im not sure i support the idea of players receiving race points as a reward. In the interest of fairness and transparency, i tend to think a competition involving prize money should be played on an equal playing field. Im not sure how this could be achieved if some players are activating up to 1000 extra spins in the race which other players dont have access to knowledge of.

Lastly, a positive... I think the reason this post remains so active every week is because of peoples passion towards videoslots. Its a great place to be a part of and personally, i feel it offers a sense of belonging, rather than just another online casino. How you manage to miss it is a bit of a mystery to me.



The reward system is certainly not random. If you click on the trophy on the right of the slot window it opens up the current trophies on the respective slot and the progress. Hence you will know exactly what more is needed to get the next reward.
Further, in the "My Profile/Achievements" you can check the progress of each and every reward or trophy. Here you can also reset the rewards once you completed them for a specific slot and you can earn the same rewards again. You will know then exactly what to expect and when.

The highest race reward is 1000 extra points in the race (mostly it is 100) which at the end of the week will make a difference of $ 0.00 - 2.00 in extra race money. Hence, I do not think that it skews the results that much to call it "unfair". And that reward has been earned in one or the other way.

So we have been in touch with Genii regarding the RTP and we have also told them that we do know we have some players that love that volatility with the RTP, but that they need to look over it. The cashback seems to actually be calculated from profit and not revenue as some have indicated. Read a few times that it would be 0,25(wagering x he) but didn't seem right (as that would be revenue) so made a check on Endorphina (96% RTP). 204e wagered and 1,22e in cb which would be about 15% of the house edge in this case.

Will maybe check on some other software(s) to see if the percentages differ much. Could indicate which provider is the most expensive.

So this do not affect the security around the accounts the only thing a DDOS attack do is to prevent people to access a site.
