I opened account on CasinoLuck 9 Jule 2016.

My account was blocked 21 June and they ask me send my notarized docs to London. Address was wrong and the letter was not delivered, but after conversation my account was unlocked.

I ask Casino Luck about covering my cost for FedEx 13 September. After a long conversation Casino Luck said: "The query has been sent to our finance department for evaluation." It was 26 September.

18 October I ask CasinoLuck about investigation. They don't answer.

A few days ago I tried to login into my account and I see I was banned.

Could be an EMSEB issue?

Totally guessing here but I doubt that it is an EMSEB issue since they requested him send his documents notarized so it may have something to do with an identity issue. Casinos usually only request notarized documents when they are not satisfied about a players identity. Erik should be able to help the player out and provide him with the answer if the player doesn't know already.

I don't remember, but probably excluded from next casino in 2015.

I don't play on CasinoLuck between withdraw all funds after notarized story (about 13 September) and 26 October, when I see my account is locked.
