The only changes we have done to our Reward system is to raise the Casino Race winnings to €40.000 per week split between the top 3882 players at our site, other than that everything is the same. When you are collecting new Trophies you can receive a Reward, so once you have collected all the Trophies in a certain game you can go to "My achivements" and reset the progress, letting you collect the Trophies again for new rewards.

The Cashback has not been changed at all.

I think people are getting the wrong message, No they have not changed cashback but with more players now playing your chances of somewhat same cashback dwindle. I am taking examples of when I have played lot's and not times when I have not played as much of course. I know their are variables with losses and such just saying it seems less now.

Lol nice one, I hope I can get something like that, I'm a level 20 who deposits at least 1k-1.4k a month and I never get any thing, I'm a mobile player, and I can do free roll but only limited to games that I can play using desktop mode, the thing i have not gotten any rewards on mobile as of late. And it sucks because. It's been 2 months since I've seen any rewards I've played different games. I can't even play NETENT on my iPad. Agreed. I think it reflects badly on videoslots to add these machines because ultimately they are the benefactor of low RTP slots. It also encourages the slot providers to churn out low RTP games. I hope players vote with their money and avoid.

Dan, can you please look into how cashback and race money is paid into accounts? Seems almost every week now im missing it due to it being filtered directly into my playing account while in session and not realizing.

Is it possible to put the funds into the players 'accountslip section' the same as other rewards? That way, the player can access these funds when they are ready. The current method is super frustrating, particularly when you are waiting for that money to come through, only to find out its already been and gone without realizing.

Also, In relation to recent posts regarding rewards. I agree, there does seem to be a bit more activity than usual. Im about 1/2 of the way through the dreaded lev 20 and until very recently, I didn't see a reward through game play for a long time (apart from my cherished trophies of course).

I do struggle with the lack of transparency to the rewards system. Playing slots is random enough without having the reward system random as well. I would like to start this morning with a cup of coffee and answer some of the feedback we have received from you guys the last few days.

So we have been in touch with Genii regarding the RTP and we have also told them that we do know we have some players that love that volatility with the RTP, but that they need to look over it. So their CEO and team have promised me that they will look over this to maybe change the RTP on some of the games and another thing I have discussed with them are to get their games in Finish so they will soon add Finish as a language.

There could maybe be many different ways to pay out the cashback and race money and I got a few ideas while reading the post from TNY and I will bring those ideas to our product team to see what they like and dont and maybe there could be a change in the future. Regarding our reward system is that we are looking into as we speak and something that we have read before in this thread and I will also take the feedback with me when it comes to race points in rewards. Its important to look over how much can you give with out creating an inflation in the race point system.

This is one of the reasons why we appreciate this community so much because there are loads of people that cares and the feedback is always something we read and discuss within the company.
